No central heating facility, hence rooms were slightly cold during winter season at night - should consider options for heater indoors. Similar simple daily breakfast, we ended up not eating last two days - should consider changing menu.

Well located within central Taipei city, convenient 10-15min walk to two mtr lines with many eateries nearby. Room were clean, spacious and have good amenities.

Stayed in room #706 and we believe the bed was infested with bedbugs. Bites were incredibly itchy, covered my arms and legs; this bothered me for over two weeks. My parents stayed at this hotel in the 5th floor and they were fine.

I honestly cannot think of any bad points. I wish I could have stayed longer.

The room was spacious for 3 people, we had enough places to put our suitcases and belongings. I especially liked that you could charge your electronic devices either via wall socket or directly via USB cable. That was really smart! The bathroom, toilet and bathtub were also modern and cozy. The room is super clean at all times. We once encountered the cleaning staff and they were very friendly and accomodating. We got free mineral water bottles in our room every day (500 ml per person). I also liked the breakfast downstairs which was a daily different mixed of both Western and Asian style breakfast (such as toast or congee respectively).

For the price, this place was perfect place for us to stay at for a night before heading to songshan airport the next day. The room was bigger than we expected. The bed sheets were clean and white. We had a very comfortable sleep. There are eateries nearby which we had dinner and breakfast at.

Nothing. If I was very picky, the corridor carpet on my floor required a little bit of cleaning work, this is most likely due to the guest's luggage wheels being dirty.

Everything is perfect for the price you paid. The staff is very friendly, patient, helpful and professional; the hotel provides contactless self check-in services, and the staff still provide spotless services if required. The location is great, close to shops, restaurants, grocery stores; short walks or getting a bus (under 1 USD pp) to MRT stations and some attractions, such as S.Y.S. Memorial Hall, and RaoHe Night market. The room is very clean and the hotel provides daily room cleaning services; so that you will be impressed when you get back. The hotel has a café and the food looks delicious (it's a shame we didn't try it due to the time we got back to the hotel); the hotel also provides airport drop off/pick up and day tour car chartering services with a reasonable price, which is similar to major travel apps, but with hotel specific.

Clean, comfortable, large rooms, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was so helpful. Our trip went sideways when ended up in the hospital and the staff allowed us to extend and stay in our room for 4 more nights until I was released, they took care of us during an incredibly stressful time and we cannot thank them enough.
