The price was on the high when we were there in January. There was no free drinking water for the hot spring guests.

The location was very convenient, right outside the train station and walking distance to many food options. The hot spring was fun for families.

The entire hot spring area is rather small and gets crowded easily, especially as the hotel allows for day guests who do not stay in the hotel. The kids play area could also be larger. The price is rather expensive for Taiwan.

Nice hot spring pools. The different themed pools were a nice touch. Very nice kids play area and kids-friendly. Great breakfast buffet.

Hot spring facilities were wonderful, too bad we didn’t have enough time to enjoy it longer. Breakfast spread was good too and the bed rooms were very clean and comfortable. Especially liked the indoor children playground.

Nothing really to complain about - all was good.

We selected this hotel based on the child friendly water play area and it did not let us down. Additionally we were pleasantly surprised with the wealth of hot pools and spa facilities for adults including the feet nibbling fish in-house. Breakfast was really great - we spent a long time enjoying the offerings. The location was near town center and train station. Parking was included.

Facilities feel new and comfortable. Great location just around the corner from the train station. It was nice to be able to shower in our rooms and to be unencumbered when headed down to the spa. Breakfast is really a highlight, quite a spread with local foods and western options, including three types of beer, gelato and ice cream. I’m guessing this place is packed during the summers during March it wasn’t crowded especially in the morning.

Skip the breakfast. The spread is very wide, but taste wise, very mediocre.

Everything. Especially the prompt and proactive service. Nothing is too difficult it seems. I gave a passing comment about smell in the toilet, and the room service staff ensured everything was taken care of. The facility is renovated, and everything is well thought through. Especially the hotel parking system (esp when compared to Art Spa where to moved from). So much fun activities to do in the hotel too. My son could not be happier with kids club, and my wife and I could not happier with the hotel spa facility.

Because near railroad tracks, some noise from passing trains. My only not like.

Top floor room. Spectacular bathroom with two tubs: 1) jacuzzi and 2) hot spring. The whole bathroom tiled and shower head just stuck out of wall one side. It was large enough that this not a problem. Rest of room spacious and well appointed, with a great bed. Hotel staff was attentive and courteous. The hotel easy walk from the train station and other central places. With hot spring tub in rooms, we did not use the hot spring deck and pools off the lobby, while they looked fun and were well used by other guests.

1. Bathroom dry and wet sections are not segregated, meaning shower water will spray on toilet seat, and floor can get all wet. 2. Breakfast is not so fantastic. Seems like a wide range of food, but the food are not very carefully selected. Eg the bread selections are just plain toast and bun with ?stuffing. No baguette, no croissant, nothing fancy.

1. Playground is wonderful! My son had such a good time with the electric cars - they had such a wide range of cars from police cars, excavators, Mercedes, and other sports cars. The police car has siren and lights as well. My son just drove it non-stop.... Playground is free if u stay in the hotel, so my son could go back as often as he wished. There's also a ball pit with slides, and some cooking and coloring things. Official checkin time is 3pm, but we got the keys at 2:30, and they allowed my kid to go in the playground at 2pm. 2. Hot spring pool has a water slide for kids which is the major reason why I chose this hotel. Then there's a very tall slide for adults - pretty exciting and I loved it. 3. Many flavors of hot springs with different temperatures. Even my 3 year old son could enjoy them. 4. Hotel provides a nice bath robe to wear down to the hot spring. 5. There is a spinner in the changing room to dry your swim suits. 6. Huge room and bathroom! Can turn on the tap to enjoy hot spring in ur own room too.
