The only minuses: - the wash sink tap had almost no water flow, had to wash my hands in the shower room - no window view (facing a wall 1.5 meter away)

Very comfortable bed and bedding. Light, airy and spotless room. Quiet. Well regulated air conditioning. Tea & coffee making available in room - proper cups. Lovely shower with good pressure. Convenient for station. Lots of food options nearby. Hospitable staff.

Most of the staffs are friendly however one night I need help to use hotel phone to call my other hotel to rearrange. The staff initially said they can't do so, and I was shocked. Though subsequently she help, but I feel offended by this.

The stay is value for the price, space and bed is comfy.

seems the floor are pretty thin, so I can clearly hear anything from the room above. Because of the noise, I woke up many times in the night, so maybe if you need a quite place, please ask first.

There were some stains on the bedsheet and pillow case which made me uncomfortable. Soundproof is medium, you can hear when someone is in the hall.

The facility is very new and clean. The location is perfect. The staff speak English, they are nice and very helpful.

There's a humid smell in the room. I had to keep the ventilation and AC on all the time to keep the smell down. The sink was outside of the bathroom and the hand towels were inside the bathroom. (install a small hook next to the mirror would sort this out!!) There's a window but as if no window because there's the next building's wall literally right in front of the window and it's approx. 10 inches distance. There's a mini hand soap provided but no soap dish provided. I could only leave wet soap on the bench next to the sink and it stuck on it as it dried out. it took effort to peel it off every time to use it. The toilet roll was installed right behind the toilet (on top to the water tank). So you cannot fetch it at all while sitting there. you need to take the roll out in advance. The bathtub's draining was slow. I heard water-using sounds from the other rooms (next door or upper floor) mornings and nights.

I got a good last minute deal with the room for the weekday stay. With the lower price I paid I give this rating. For the price I paid in exchange for a private space of my own is worth the money. I'm not sure I would pay the full price for it tho. The location is really good tho. It's right behind the Fourth Credit Cafe / ice cream shop.

Under the bed wasn't cleaned for months. Ventilation also dusty, and you breathe it all.

Big room, big shower. Bath is high and comfortable for European size person. Free teas and water downstairs. Elevator doesn't require card.
