MalaysiaI sent a parcel to the property and the uncle said can’t help me to receive the parcel while I’m away. So I contacted the seller and the courier company, ask the courier to inform me when he’s arriving. Waited for the whole morning. When I go down stairs, the parcel is already there. And the hotel uncle shake his head, asked me angrily:” didn’t I told you that we will not help to receive parcel?” Just feel that his attitude made me feel uncomfortable for the stay here. But thanks to him helping me to receive the parcel.

United StatesThe hostel is kept just a bit too cold for me personally but it wasn’t so cold to the point where it was uncomfortable.
The staff do a great job of keeping everything clean and are there to help with any questions. It is in a super good location with 7-11 right across the street, tons of food options around, and the walking district always full of people and things to do. The locker underneath the bunk goes very deep and can fit 2 backpacks easily.

ThailandThe common area is small but it's ok and comfy. I slept on the top bed, not easy to climb up and down. The climbing area is quite narrow, not easy for a weak person or big size. I almost fell down the stairs once.
The location is the best! Everything is here. It located opposite to 7-Eleven, and it's very close to MRT and Ximending. All food around, very safe for female travelles. The staff can't speak English but we can communicate by google translate. I asked them to call the National park. they helped me to call. Thank you so much. I have a locker to keep my privacy things too.

Laosmattress a bit too hard room a bit too cold had a bit of a weird vibe like anti social. I hardly heard anyone talk to each other just everyone in their own world with their computers. if you want a social environment this is not the place. If you want privacy and quiet than this is a great place

New ZealandThe beds are horrible. The mattress is so thin and old you are lying on the wooden base. The worst I had in Taiwan. The pillow I had was also badly stained under the cover. No where to hang your cloths, only given one hanger but no where to hang where items will actually dry.
Location is perfect. Bathrooms are great. A separate shower cubicle to changing area so everything stays nice and dry. Clean and modern.

TaiwanBy the time I stayed there, the wifi connection in the upper floors was faulty, therefore guests were coming to the ground floor for any related work that would require internet. They are very quick to charge credit cards. They always say that payment is physical, however, before the end of the day (10 pm), you'll find that your credit card was charged. I arrived way before 10 pm with cash to pay (after a long walk to find where I could exchange USD at a good rate), and I found that they had already charged my credit card. My suggestion is, to wait till 10 pm for you to charge credit cards. Otherwise, tell us at once to pay with cards.
The beds were very comfortable for a good sleep and this hostel's location is accessible to the MRT. The place is spotless and the environment encourages guests to be clean as well, not to affect other guests.

MalaysiaInstead of dislike, it will be improvement suggestion. 1) It doesn’t have a very obvious signboard/signage. Luckily there is a temporary banner showing. 2) Toilet has smell so everytime need to spray the refresher. 3) No free bath tower but can rent.
1) Location - It was really very near to MRT Ximen Exit 1. Either to Ximending Walking Street or Red House, it is very convenient. Ximen Station has both Green Line and Blue Line so it is very convenient. 2) Lift - With lift access so even with luggage bags will not have issue to bring up. 3) Spacious - The room walkway is spacious so even with big luggage also will have space to keep. Underneath the bed have storage with locker to keep small luggage bags. 4) Bathroom - Individual bathroom with dry and wet separation. Big mirror inside the bathroom. 5) Staff - Friendly and helpful staff. They accommodate the needs as they could.
