Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We didn't realize at first that to turn off the air you needed to point it at a specific spot on the ceiling, so we spent the first couple of days a little chilly. :) But as soon as we asked, the staff fixed it for us immediately and kindly!! They also provided us extra comforters!
The staff were SO incredibly friendly, we were able to store our bags before and after the trip, the bathroom was huge and clean, the location was incredible -- just next to the metro -- and the breakfast was absolutely divine! Highlights were definitely the kind staff, the luggage storage, and the location!

The WiFi was a bit inconsistent on 8th floor, and I found it easier to use mobile data/tethering
The location is really convenient; a really nice park across the street, MRT nearby, Dongmen (restaurants and shopping) within walking distance. The rooms were very nice and had everything I needed; the breakfast had great variety and quality. Laundry room is also a really nice convenience. Overall a great value, I'll be recommending this hotel to my coworkers that make similar business trips, and likewise recommend it here!

Room did not have much storage for clothing. No drawers. Limited closet space. While we were staying on the third floor, there was remodeling in progress and a loud hammer drill was in use all day.
Convenient location next to MRT exit. Daan park is in central Taipei. Excellent breakfast included, with some new dishes each day. Kettle provided in room. Snacks and coffee available 24 h. 7-11 store in attached building.

Bedroom a bit tight once luggage in room too
Location! Right on doorstep to MRT station and 7-11. Right on red line and opposite park. Snacks in lobby and breakfast included. Rooms were a bit small (although bathroom is large) but very clean and tidy and location made up for it. Laundry on site and 24 hour lobby

Breakfast. We enjoyed only the sliced fruits. Hope the hotel can review their food choices as it was palatable for non-Chinese.
Location as it’s very near MRT and 7-11. Walking distance to Jianguo Holiday Flower Market (open on weekends only).

Buffet breakfast was varied and plentiful. They had lots of snacks available. Rooms are small but were not in Taiwan to stay in the room. MRT station literally next door. Staff speak English well.

1. This brunch was doing construction . Their workers did continue to do the work around 8:45 am . This was not allowed and did affect my sleep to recover jet-lag.

The location is so good. It's close to the MRT and with 7-11 next door. Very helpful and friendly staff ! And omg, I really appreciate all different kinds of the complementary snacks 🤩

It was great. No notes.
Lots of smart, useful touches throughout the hotel. Like an automatic light by the door. Free laundry room with detergent. Lots of options at breakfast and great snacks in the lobby.

The room was a big small for 2 pax
The staff was excellent. They helped with our direction and also provided us early breakfast as we were checking out like 5am. They packed our breakfast for us to eat at the airport
