Friendly helpful staff, helped coordinate to and from airport and provided recommendations and answers to our many questions. Appreciated the use of laundry on site! We were upgraded to a room with a view of the park and it was gorgeous. Central location.

Didn't like - The blinds couldnt block off the sun fully. This is nitpicking a little but the room was small and the soundproofing wasn't very good - we could hear people outside our room.

Liked - The snack nook (they had cookies, drinks and a microwave for heating up food) and laundry room (it was empty when we used it, and the machines were pretty clean, no musty smell or mold that we can see). Staff was helpful and very friendly.

Fantastic hotel. I was there on a business trip for almost a week. The front-desk attendants are extremely helpful, friendly and super efficient. The rooms are also clean, organized and comfortable. Nothing to complain about. Breakfast is also very decent. They offer some traditional Chinese options as well as western food. Maybe a point for improvement would be to have some more cheese/ham options. The hotel is very well located. In front of the Daan Park (majestic place.go visit it) and less than minute from MRT (red line). Easy to reach the main station. There is also a 7-11, and subway near the hotel. this makes it very convenient. One suggestion for guests staying over the weekend, go visit the Jianguo Flower Market nearby. A very fantastic place to explore some local things and also to buy some decoration ornaments or souvenirs.

Some of the food at breakfast are often mislabelled. Staff did not clear my plates as we ate so the plates started to pile up, they only cleared when we left. Clothes dryer was not very efficient, took about 2 hours to dry a small batch of clothes, resulting in a queue

Very good location, near MRT and convenient stores. Short walk to the next MRT stations, Dongmen and Daan for easy transfer to other coloured lines. Plenty of good food within walking distance. Room is clean and spacious, staff are friendly and helpful. Nice spread for breakfast

First night room incredibly noisy from water pipes was sleep depriving. Subsequent rooms allowed better sleep. Each room layout seems quite different. Value for money and overall experience depend on room assigned.

Location excellent for MRT, park, restaurants. Breakfast is very good and convenient . Staff strived to please. Jiro, Alice, Evelyn are helpful and always pleasant to work with.

A no-frills hotel with an excellent location and great staff. It is most suitable for travellers who need mainly a clean room with comfortable bed. I have stayed in this place several times and some of the installations, like power points and switches, may need some refresh.

The rooms are fairly cramped. Additionally, there is no ability to turn off the light that automatically turns on when opening the door, which isn't great when sharing the room with sleeping children.

A small but good breakfast buffet is provided. High chairs are available for families travelling with infants/toddlers. Additionally, the playground in the corner of the dining area is great for allowing parents to continue dining when their infant/toddler may already be done.
