Booked a room with window but the window was extremely dirty so there is no view to speak of. Walls are thin, so it could be noisy when people walk past the corridor or plug in chargers. That is still totally fine but on my first night, my bed was shaking and I thought there was an earthquake, only to realize it seems like the couple beside my room were probably getting too excited with their business at 3am……..

Location is good, very near station and many eateries around. Room is clean with amenities provided. Check in/check out with self service machine was fast and smooth.

In the morning a lot of tourists came and make a lot of noise. The lady who cleans the rooms probably accidentally took our pajamas. Otherwise OK

I don’t like the self check-in process. It was cumbersome and I saw many guests needed help which delayed the check-in process . 4 hotel staff were there and if they had simply checked in for the guests, it would have saved a lot of time. What happens was that there were 7 guests wanting to check in at the same time. Everyone tried to do the self check-in but with various problems, and so the hotel staff were asked to help. As a result, it took a lot more time for the whole process to finish which, I think, was a waste of everyone’s time. Since there were 4 staff there, why couldn’t they simply check-in for the guests. This self check in process was no good at all 😟

Room is too small and windows not cleaned from the outside. Metro is about 10 mins walk and it's easy to get a cab.

Reception staff was super helpful as I requested to depart 1 day early. Auto check-in is also efficient. The room is quiet and clean.
