A brand new hotel. Everything is modern and very clean. Bed was comfy. Good size room. Staff was helpful and even spoke English. There is free parking. Location was good to go for dinner and to the railway art village. Recommend.

I hope the hotel can be more “firm” in applying their rules and policies. We got woken up both mornings at 06:00 by our neighbor who was playing loud music…and smoking (it’s supposed to be a non-smoking hotel) right outside our room. Mentioned it to the staff, but nothing came of it.. This was just a tiny nuisance - the quality of our overall experience was very positive and we will surely stay here again.

Lovely, clean and very modern rooms! Good size! Very clean and the hotel has a fantastic location. Buffet breakfast was decent, but not spectacular. Bed was super comfortable and really nice bathrooms.

There is a false advertisement about fitness gym 🏋️‍♂️, there is no fitness gym For that price stuff should speak English!!!! They don't speak English....

The hotel provided a cozy feeling, the colour of the room enhanced the experience as it provided a warm welcome to guests. The facilities are good and a snack bar with local foods are provided, which was a good practice.

Good amenities and excellent location. Within walking distance to Central Market, Tiehua music festival, Taitung Bus Station, tourist night market and etc. breakfast got good varieties. Spacious room.

The exercise room was really hot, not possible to exercise in there during the day.

Facilities were modern and stylish. Nice toilet and super sized bed. Breakfast was beyond expectations. I really enjoyed the view from the 9th floor of the Taitung City. Close to night market, good location. High end appliances.

To reach your room, you need to go through a complex lift procedure, some of which is outside. Evidence of expired Micky (s) could be experienced around and in the lift area. Great breakfast, but if you are looking for western food, this is not the place.

Taipei based architect Lian-Chuan Chen designed this building, even if you are not staying at The Suites, it's worth admiring Chen's talents with the refreshing design. Inside the space is huge, the rooms hard to fault.

The underground parking lot is full even during weekday, and you need to take 2 different elevator between parking and room.

The room has the size of executive suite and 270 degree city view; the bed is so comfortable! and it's only 7 minutes walk to the Tiehua village market

The rental bikes in hotel isn’t in good shape or quality. We didn’t feel safe riding the bikes. We booked a room with one large size bed, but we were given with two-beds put together as one bed, which wasn’t very comfortable.

Room and hotel facilities are clean and decent. Hotel staff are very friendly and professional.

One of our group had to move room straight away due to the smell of tobacco smoke in the room. While they were moved straight away, why was this not picked up earlier.

Overpriced and with small inconveniences—no towels in the toilet where the sink is, and no handwash in the shower room where another sink is. The room overlooked a construction site, so you have to keep the blinds completely down the entire time. The hotel is new but it already feels quite worn down.

Good location in central Taitung. The room is large. Breakfast had lots of choice.
