The room was very clean and staff very friendly. Everything was handled well and we were able to check in a but early and also leave our luggage to the hotel while exploring the city after cheking out. Easy transportation. Nice breakfast.

The bathroom is so small, the toilet behind the bathroom door is very awkward for people to use the toilet.

I like how it is near Ichiran, but sadly we did not go there. The room was big and there is a small living room as well for us to put our luggage. Toilet was clean and good. Overall everything is good. Nothing bad. Oh breakfast is good too and they will explain to us which one is vegetarian food cause my friend is a vegetarian.

Staff was very polite, receptive, empathetic & helpful. They went the extra mile by helping me to order flowers that I wanted to prepare as a surprise gift for my girlfriend and even went to prepare a lovey birthday cake for me because they knew it was my birthday. I have never experienced such fantastic service in other hotels before. The room was very clean and tidy, room service was very thoughtful. And they even prepared a fruit tea for me on the house while I was waiting for my room to be ready during check in. When I checked out on my last day, the male staff knew that I was waiting for my car to arrive to hand over the outstanding room key and he went out of the hotel himself to collect it from me, such small gestures made me felt that they were very empathetic & helpful. The fact that they can all speak English was a huge plus point as well. I am definitely coming back to this hotel again very soon for sure because my girlfriend lives nearby the hotel so it is very convenient. Big heartfelt thanks once again to all of the staff at Hotel Dion for making my first visit to taiwan an amazing experience! God bless you all!

Everything was very nice!

We were returning customers, because this hotel impressed us already during the first visit several months ago. The hotel is clean and quiet, the staff are professional, and the location is really nice.

The shower head had mold. The bed was kind of that if one person turns around, the other is shaken. They advertise free parking which is correct but have only 7 spaces. They don't tell you that in case its full, they will arrange a parking somewhere else. This is ok of course but needs to be said at the booking stage not after booking. Luckily we had a parking spot.

Small basement garage that has a very low ceiling clearance. I wouldn't recommend a XL SUV to maneuver in and out of the garage. Most travelers won't have this issue as they do not drive. The breakfast buffet is okay, but there are great local places nearby with more value and local experience.

All of the Taiwanese that came in just verified their information, however as a foreigner my ID was taken and copied althoughmy card matches the Taiwanese ones. I was on the highest floor however throughout the night there was construction or something happening over the rooms.

The rooms were nice and spacious and there was soundproofing between all the walls.
