Facilities were good and room is comfortable. Only problem was with the carpark. It wasn’t connected to the hotel and you have to drag your luggage down the slope where the cars are coming in. There is no drop off point for us to unload as well. Other than that everything’s good and a simple supper is provided.

A Japanese styled hotel. Beautiful, very new and feels really good from the moment we stepped in. Service is great and especially the front desk. The reception is very helpful and kind. We booked 2 rooms and both are spacious. We love the bed, and the large private hot spring water soak in our own room. Location is very convenient, right in the centre of everything.. restaurant, 24hr stall, food etc.. We will readily return again.

United KingdomNo laundry facilities, but luckily we found one 24h self service one 5 mins walk away. The bed is perhaps too soft for me and my back aches afterwards, so I went to massage 2 times between my 3 day trip.
It has hot spring in our own room, the bathtubs are huge and can easily fit both of us in there. They also provide snacks around 8-10pm, I think it could literally be another meal 🤣 also they provide massage with a discounted price but it is very popular and they only take cash for massage.

SingaporeThe standard double room we stayed in is actually more suited for one person. It is very small. After opening 2 luggages, we could hardly had space to walk. We also need to stretch out to reach out for the hangers (only 2 provided) once luggages are opened. The sink in the toilet is extremely tiny. Very difficult to do our washing up and water would splash all over the wall and floor. Please avoid room 212 as I think part of the room space is being cut out for the water dispenser outside (from floor plan). I find it is unfair to charge the same price as the other standard double room which is much more spacious. This room should be listed as a SINGLE room instead. My wife and I didn’t enjoy the stay as we feel it is too cramped for 2 person. The pictures listed online are also deceiving as the first 2 pictures show the images of the bigger room. We requested for a change in room but no standard double room was available then and we had to top up should we upgrade our room.
