It would be nice to have a laundry room to use.
Really well located close to metros and lots to do in Kaohsiung. The bed was comfortable, and the shower temperature heated up quickly. The kids play area downstairs was great, but it’d be even better if there were more of a discount for hotel guests.

Probably the only one It would have been great to have a breakfast option too ,but the hotel doesn't provide breakfast
Central location clos to all the amenities, free luggage storage which was very helpful during my stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the bedroom is Very nice. I highly recommend your stay in Kaoshiung here.

A hook in the bathroom would be great. The walls to the neighbours are quite thin - I could hear them watch TV till 3AM.
Nice breakfast! Nice bed. All good and as expected from a hotel this size.

I missed a proper table and chair in the room to work from. Staff was friendly to let me use the business center for free. Nobody else was there 😊 They changed check in time to 4pm since this year, I didn't know until arrival. It's a very late check in time. The walls a bit thin, and it's a kids hotel, so could often hear cartoon TV and kids screaming.
Really friendly and helpful staff, location very near the love river, perfect for strolls down to the beautiful love pier. MRT station also not far away to get further around.

Housekeeping was fairly decent. We previously stayed at the Guide Culture Education branch, and breakfast buffet offered more variety of local and international cuisines compared here.
Location was great as it was like a 5-minute walk to convenience stores and train station. Staff were also very accommodating and friendly.

Some part of the hotel need fixing.

Some black mold in the shower.
My partner and I both found the bed to be very comfortable. Shower had good water pressure and there was sufficient hot water. Room was large. Friendly staff and good breakfast buffet for the price. Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked very inviting!

Breakfast room was a bit dilapidated. Elevators were rather grimy. There was no iron available for clothing.

Unfortunately upon arrival we discovered that the pool was closed for the two days of our stay due to maintanance. The pool was the no 1 reason we chose this hotel and there was no information about it. One of the staff told us that the information is on their website but I specifically use booking.com to NOT go on hotel’s websites. So this is not an excuse and I think the manager should be responsible and make sure that such information is posted on all the platforms that they sell through. I had different hotel having this kind of info as some kind of special remark when I booked.
It is a cheap option, rooms were comfortable enough, breakfast was nice and had lots of choices, staff was nice.

The play areas fees are not included in the room price. And you as they sell tickets to the public, guests still need to to pay the same amount as outside guests.
