Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Just wanted to book a simple bed for the 3am wakeup to run Alishan mountain. Although not the original booked spot due to no water , but the boss had a backup place ready. The room was spacious, and clean topped up with amazing views. The boss was very nice, walked me through the streets and suggested some popular places to eat and buy gifts she even suggest a good trail walk route.

SingaporeBreakfast was simple but healthy and delicious. The minsu provided a big spread of fresh local vegetables salad, stirred fried vegetables, boiled eggs, variety of breads with olive oil, and fried tofu with local wasabi paste, hot coffee and hot chocolate. The view from the room and back yard was beautiful - mountains with clouds. The minsu staff were warm and friendly, the lady boss helped us to book a car to Alishan and gave good advice to go one way and take the public bus back, as well as recommendations for good railway bento and where to walk in the area. The location is fantastic, just at the end of Fenqihu Old Street.

NetherlandsDON’T GO HERE unless you call beforehand: we had booked a 4person room but when we arrived it turned out the owner does not check her booking account and had given away our room. she offered us two separate rooms (while we preferred one as we are traveling with two kids) for double the price. after fierce negotiations we arranged to pay about the same price as we originally booked for…. the Filipino colleague did make up for owner though, and the owner later on offered us local jelly and tea

NetherlandsThere was a bit of noise from i think water heater at the attick of the room but this stopped after everyone went to bed. Bus connections are not optimal but that is not in control of the B&B. It takes a bit of good planning.
Great staff, cute little village, nice mountain view. Directly from the B&B there are several great walks to do. I would have loved to stay longer.
