Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomFabulous hotel, loved the onsen in every room (and it’s separated from the actual sleeping area by a door), there also a moisture absorbing machine - the breakfast was fabulous and well balanced, the bed was very comfortable and the staff very polite.

TaiwanThe only small thing I disliked was the noise during dinner at the hotel’s hotpot restaurant, but that was due to a specific large group of people.
I loved everything about this hotel! We had a wonderful stay. What we especially appreciated was the fact that the delicious breakfast is available until 13:30, it’s so convenient.

United KingdomVery professional and friendly staff, excellent breakfast, calming and relaxing hot springs, a private hot spring bath at our balcony with a magnificent view ( we stayed on 7th floor) was a bonus! The hotel provides a free bike rental and a free carpark, both very convenient for us. We did some shopping at their cosmetic minishop ( a herbal hand cream will remind me about this relaxing stay). Thank you for your hospitality!

Hong KongThe hotel lobby is a bit small.
We booked early through Booking.com with a free upgrade offer. The room was very spacious and comfortable, with free snacks and amenities. There was a large bath tub with hot spring water on the balcony (it was so large so took quite some while for the water to fill up (LOL)) Staffs are friendly and helpful.

United StatesI booked four "double bed" rooms and when we checked in, the staff told us we were late checked in and all the double rooms were taken. I have already paid in full, why didn't the hotel save these double bed rooms for us. This is NOT acceptable. This did created some difficulties for few of my guests.
location was great, very quiet and great amenities.

GermanyNothing really, it is perhaps a little expensive.
We stayed during a typhoon and during this time the staff were both very helpful and concerned about our safety, telling us places to avoid in our travels. The hotel is beautiful, the room with ensuite hot spring was so nice, can't imagine a better place to rest during bad weather. The breakfast was also great. The location was really handy, in easy driving distance of loads of great things to see and do.

Modern and hightech Hotel. Many pools at the “blue lagoon” outdoor hotspring. The outdoor bathtub with forest view is amazing.

TaiwanI like everything but it would be better if the spa pools have various hydro massager. And, I find the massage expensive. For NT1,800, they should atleast added oil as part of the massage service. Lastly, the bathroom sink needs a little repair.
This is one of the best hotels that I've stayed in. It uses an AI system to assist the guests in controlling the functions of the bedroom and to provide various services. The place is very clean and the food is great. We enjoyed the variety of delicious breakfast options during our stay. We had hot pot for dinner, and it was sumptuous. Plus, the restaurant's staff were really accommodating and polite, which made our experience even more memorable.

SingaporeTransparent glass that doesn’t have blind to cover area outside bathroom. Bathroom too small to change clothes. Hotel entrance is hidden, no one is helping with luggage at entrance.
Spacious Onsen pools at level 1, private onsen in the room, sounds of birds chirping outside balcony, mountain view. Wonderful breakfast.

CanadaLittle things...have to wear a swimming cap to use the outdoor pools, surprisingly no hair conditioner in shower
One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in a lot. Sparkling clean, high-tech, beautiful, brand new facilities, helpful and attentive staff, luxurious amenities. Breakfast options were very plentiful and delicious. Good location too, only a few minutes by foot from Jiaoxi Transfer Station. The balcony onsen (mountain view option) was absolutely wonderful. So clean, peaceful and relaxing with a gorgeous view. I did not even want to put on music, as at night you hear a chorus of crickets and other sounds of wildlife from the surrounding mountains.

TaiwanYou need to wear a swimming cap in the swimming pool and hot spring. It’s not very common to do so in other countries. I’ve never worn such thing in Thailand, Europe or the US.

TaiwanOnly " only Japanese-style rooms have "Twin-Bed" on the tatami. For the elder people, it is not very easy to get up from the bed.
The breakfast is delicious with many kinds of food. I like "Shabu-shabu beef soup" and "Braised Rice with Pork and Soy Sauce" most.

TaiwanBalcony tub design -- when sitting down you face the room instead of the mountain. Breakfast gets busy and they don't have a time limit so it becomes chaos before closing time. Limited movies and TV, and not all hotel facilities are available yet. A problem, as the area doesn't have much to do.
View is great, you have your own little slice of mountainside. Overall nice room design. Perfect place to relax away from the city for a few days. Free minibar and nice tatami slippers.

Hong KongThe design of the room is not good enough. There are no hooks to hang the towel. The toilet door cannot be closed. It is an unconventional door design. It is not possible to close the toilet door if there is no one inside the toilet. Taking shower next to the hotspring tub in the hotel balcony is so much more better than in the shower room as the water cannot be drained quickly in the shower room. There is a risk of flooding the room. No hair conditioner is provided.
It is a new hotel. Facilities are new. Hotel staff are very nice and friendly. We love the hotspring in the hotel room balcony.
