The jacuzzi bathtubs was too dirty so I didn't bother to use but the showerhead were strong and good. The bathroom was huge and comfortable. You can't expect much from a old hotel but I suggest they have a super thorough clean of their bedroom carpet.

Free breakfast so I ordered takeaway and ate at their level 2 self help dining area. Their bathroom was huge and comfortable which comes with automatic bidet, though the jacuzzi bathtub was really too dirty to begin with. My boy was very sick, vomiting and diarrhea so the toilet was great.

- Facing the main road room, even at 9 floor, still can hear the traffic noise. Not too bad but just want to mention it.

Nice place to stay away from main city but very close to a train station . Big nice clean room with family room and bedroom. 2 TVs , nice big bathroom with jacuzzi. In room coffee and 24 hours free restaurant with great choices of food. Very friendly staff

It was my 2nd stay and I really loved the room and facilities available. The room is huge, clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi and steam bath really soothed my soul and body. There's a huge lounge known as Travellers Kitchen on 2nd floor that provides unlimited hot beverages, soft drinks, snacks, candies, dessert, breads and instant noodles day and night, for FREE. I must also compliment the friendly staff at the hotel who helped solve my handphone charging problem.

Were greeted warmly n presented with special new year gifts. A good gesture which compensates for the high cost of staying during new year eve. Having said that I must also compliment for the best facilities in the room which is huge m comes with a jacuzzi n steam bath in separate areas. Overall a very enjoyable stay in Via Breeze. The room and bathroom were spacious. It was located close to the MRT station which made it very convenient to travel to the center. No breakfast facilities but they did provide facilities to have tea/coffee with bread and toast. The staff were very helpful, courteous and efficient.

Wi-Fi speed and stability can be improved

We spent a wonderful 7 nights at Via Hotel Breeze in Taipei. The hotel initially booked for 4 nights, but we were so impressed that we extended our stay. The exceptional service provided by the staff was truly outstanding. They were efficient, polite, and always willing to assist. I would especially like to thank Mr. Ellis Chung, the front desk supervisor. He went above and beyond to help me rent a car, even communicating with local agencies on my behalf to ensure a smooth booking process. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed. The comfortable beds, huge bathroom with a Jacuzzi, and ample amenities made for a truly luxurious stay. The hotel's convenient location, just 2 minutes from the MRT station, allowed us to easily explore all of Taipei's top attractions within 30 minutes. Overall, our stay at Via Hotel Breeze was exceptional. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Taipei.

The hallway has bad smell two days during our 8-9 days stay and was not clean enough, especially outside of the elevator. Fortunately, inside of the room is clean. The rooms do not have dresser/drawers for us to store our clothes.

Its second floor lounge is excellent for us to do our family rest and chat. Suggest to open it most of time. It's Ok to limit the time for free snacks. The staff is excellent!!
