I found bedbugs what bated me a lot during sleeping. It was my first time to see it in my life who always enjoy to stay at dormitory rooms in the world once a month. I was super surprised about it there.

They didn't tell me there is no reception until after I made the nonrefundable booking. Since the check in is quite late I had to carry my luggage around the city before the check in time. They also refused to wave the cancellation fee when I found out they have no reception. The automatic lock on the dorm room is quite noisy. It's difficult to leave the room without waking up the others.

Check in was a little difficult as our email didn't go through to the host. The place didn't have a homely/communal feel.

Really bad exprience. The room is at the basement, no window, bunk, really small, low ceiling, shared bathroom and toilet with others on ground floor. It means if you want to use bathroom you have to go upstair. Door lock and open is really noisy, and snooking from two other rooms at the basement make me wake up all the night, it s really a nightmare sleeping in this hotel. The price is not cheap and really not worthy.

I have always refused to sleep in A I R B N B because it is impersonal. This hotel is not a hotel but an AIRBNB, no staff to welcome you, everything goes through your phone. The cleaning lady is probably the boss who doesn't say hello and moreover who lives in the hotel. In addition there is no kitchen, we cannot cook our meals.

Arrived between 16:00-17:00 as advised in advance. However, the entrance is closed and there is a sign telling you to enter with a password. When I pressed the buzzer, the administrator asked me to get the password via e-mail in an unpleasant manner. I made a reservation through booking.com, but there was no such information on the site, and there was no further contact from the hotel. Many of my roommates came back in the middle of the night and it was noisy. They make the air conditioner so cold that I caught a cold.

Location is good but there are too much construction around therefore it's not easy to find the first time.

Very nice staff, very cheap and very good for solo trips. Very close to Kaohsiung Main Station and Metro subway, which is truly nice.

- Self check in for foreign guests might be difficult because there is no english sign at the building, hence difficult for non-chinese speakers to read and figure out that this is the hostel. - WIFI AP needs improvements (but still better then other hostels).

- In proximity (4 minutes walk) of Central Station and Bus/Coach operators to other cities. - Located in a clean residential area. - A lot of food options just 2 Minutes walk. - There is a small kitchen (but limited due to missing frying Pan and other kitchen utensils). - Fridge and freezer is big enough to put your stuffs. - Cheap washing Machine (40 Dollars) inside the building. - Clean toilet and showers. - Adequate cooling or heating inside the dorms. AC works very well.

This place was very hard to find. I walked around in the rain for a long time looking for it and ended up having to ask a neighbour for help finding it. Dirty shared toilets and showers; the dorm room was noisy and had nowhere to safely store luggage.

The only good thing about this place was the price.
