We can't eat in the common area provided even though there is coffee machine there, unlike other hotels we stayed in Taipei before, they should consider allowing it since the hotel rooms are generally small, we are big group, after a day of sightseeing, shopping etc, the common area is the best place for us to chill, relax and chit chat.

Location is strategic, near to MRT Songjiang Nanjing station, breakfast spread is adequate, they will try to change it a bit everyday on the variety. Coffee machine and massage chair in the lobby is a bonus after a long walk in Taipei city.

The TV didn’t work in my room for reasons I don’t know

Everything was clean and well-maintained. I loved the bathroom in particular, which was spacious and included a sauna. The breakfast was lovely.

There was a musty smell in our room which went away the second day though not sure if we just got used to it. There were cracks on the tiles in the bathroom. There's no conditioner or body lotion provided, so bring your own.

Convenient location as it was close to the MRT. Room that we got is huge. Staff was nice and helpful.

Soundproofing is not the best, could hear room next door and hallway and the streets.

To be environment friendly, the hotel turns off the AC compressors during winter. While I appreciate the eco friendliness, it certainly makes the stay slightly uncomfortable as it gets pretty warm in the room and the only ventilation is through fan and windows, which could bring in mosquitoes and other bugs.

Breakfast was pretty well rounded. It caters to Eastern and Western guests. Room and bathroom are spacious with decent lighting. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast is from 7am to 10am. Most days we woke up at 9.30am and had to chomp down our breakfast. Apart from this, nothing much really.

Staff was great and helpful, rooms were decent size, there's a laundry on ground floor, there are massage chairs in the lobby too. The location is amazing, just 1 minute walk to the MRT and there's a 7 eleven next door.

The carpet on each floor has a strong mouldy smell, which causes the air conditioner to emit an unpleasant odour. The sofa in my room has dark stains that make me feel unwell. I could barely breathe when the air conditioner was on, but the room became very humid without it. The lady at the front desk kindly provided a dehumidifier to help with the humidity. Although they included breakfast with my booking, the food quality was poor.

It has a very spacious washroom and a nice location—it is a 3-minute walk to the Metro station.

However, the breakfast is quite disappointing and the room is literally frosty.

The room was clean and the bed was enormous. We did have a lot of space and we really appreciated it. The location is perfect, near by the metro station (around 3 mn by walk) and many buses stations too! The quarter is in-between Ximen and Songshan, two very different but must-visit districts !

I thought the breakfast offerings could be better and the ground floor did not have toilets, only the basement, and there were only two cubicles. The lounge area gets dark around 10pm and similarly, the massage chairs stop operating at 10pm.

I loved the location and the general vibe and feel of the place - it was welcoming, warm and friendly. When you start noticing the small details, you will see some roughness around the edges, but generally, the service and comfort are excellent. There are also washing machines and dryers for use, for about NT$100 and massage chairs free to use. As a bonus, the breakfast buffet was decent too. The shampoo and shower gel smelled pretty good. The location is also fantastic, it's a 2-3mins walk from Songjiang Nanjing Station and there are convenience stores nearby.

The location was very quiet and peaceful but far from main attractions however there is a metro station a short walk away.

All the team are very professional and helpful,especially reception and housekeeping. Quality standard of room,great bedding and shower.

The room is too small, not enough space for big suitcases. Bathroom is small and with a small bath tub.

The breakfasts are good, decent for value! The location is very good, easy access to many facilities.

We had two rooms, in one it was not possible to regulate the air conditioning (too cold in the room) even after contacting the reception and room service. The air conditioning control in the second room worked.

The room doesn't have good sound proof, I can hear people talking in their room even the room is right across from me. Front desk staff didn't help to take my luggage when I arrived /left the hotel. Even taxi drivers were surprised the hotel staff didn't have courtesy to help customers. It was a big different from the hotels I have been staying in Taipei. :(

Good location which is closed to MTR in 2 mins by foot. Housekeeping did a good job, the room was clean and made me feel comfortable to sleep.

Convenient- Near MRT station . Nice buffet breakfast, good varieties and desserts. Friendly and courteous front staff. Was given early check in at 12:30 upon room availability instead of standard 3 pm check in. Thank you!

Location is great as its near the metro station, just 5 - 10 mins walk ! Staff are helpful and friendly:) Beds are big and comfortable!! Will book again if were to go Taiwan again!!
