Super close go the Metro (Sonjang Nanjing station). It's located at the back street of the hotel. The rooms are very clean, and equipped with everything you will need when you travel for leisure. THE STAFF ARE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. EVERYONE ONE OF THEM

The feather pillow is too soft and cannot hold my neck and head properly. The breakfast is pretty good with a good selection considering the price that I paid for the room compared to other more expensive hotel rates in Taipei city center.

The location is about a five minute walk from the nearest MRT station.

Maybe the room was a little small but it didn't bother us.

The front desk staff are kind and amazing! They let us check-in early, stored our luggage when we checked out. There are massage chairs which were greatly appreciated after a long day of walking. The room was small but at the end of the day, it didn't matter because there were so many positives for this hotel. It is centrally located, close to 7-11 and metro. It is clean and there's good breakfast. But above all, they had the comfiest bed which helped us rest very well and that's worth its weight in gold! We will come back to stay here next time.

Location very strategic near MRT station where you can go anywhere in taipei. Staff is really helpful, we want to change room because ourfloor have renovation and staff immedietly change our room. Have FREE laundy room so we dont bring many dirty clothes back home. Breakfast muslim friendly they will make non-pork food if you ask staff. Hotel also have massage chair for back and foot. Will recomend every collagues and family to stay in this hotel!

When booked they tried to charged my credit card 30 354$NT instead of 20 354$NT (fortunately, my bank blocked the transaction). Then, they charged me two times (on the credit card used for the booking and on arrival). They didn't refund me, try to tell me the money was not debited (lie, it's locked on the bank's merchant until reverted or claimed), then try to blame it on their bank and tell me I would get the money back in 3-5 days. It has been almost 3 weeks now and I still haven't get the money back !

The gym room

Room is spacious and of course, the balcony! it’s nice to sit at the balcony in a cooling weather drinking alcohol. Bed and pillow is comfortable. Staff is very polite and near train station. Within walking distance, you can simply visit the massage parlor.

Nothing that I did not like so far. The location was great, customer service was excellent.

When I first checked in to the Hotel, I found out that it was not the one that I was asking for. I clearly asked booking.com to have the shower bath instead of the bath tub but I was told that they did not deliver that message to the hotel. But thanks to the staff, John, he felt that I was not happy about it, right away, he helped me to switch the room that had the shower bath. I was so pleased to hear that they wanted to make sure that customer’s satisfaction was more important. The service was really great.
