Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Taiwanchecked into our room and there were a few peanuts on the floor, clearly it wasn’t cleaned properly. the breakfast, wasn’t even breakfast it was lunch. rice, vegetables and meat. there was hardly any eggs or any food to accommodate people that didn’t feel like eating rice, noodles, vegetables etc for breakfast. The parking space was terrible. the shower and sink clogged up in my room. this hotel isn’t worth its price.

TaiwanI understand prices go up at Chinese New Year but it’s ridiculous to hike up prices 4-5 times the usual prices, when there’s no value for that. Room was never cleaned for us. Was something dirty in the fridge.. breakfast was that of a B&B style accommodation.. Air con was noisy.. I wouldn’t be writing this if we paid 2000 ish, but our room was available for 16000 the day before we arrived. crazy
It would have been fine other than the price. it was worth about 1/4 of what we paid
