The water server (or Ice Maker?) was really loud. But when staying in the room you can't hear the noise though.

The Breakfast was Great! The Staff were really nice, some speak Japanese and being very helpful.

It's basically on the A8 train station, ease of access from the airport and from Taipei sing the express train. Comfy rooms, quiet and very clean! Nice breakfast selection. On top of a small mall with some shops and few nice restaurants. Staff was very responsive! The room I've got was a bit cold (cold days when I've visited), they brought me a heater which made it much more pleasant :)

The Fullon Hotel Taoyuan Airport Express MRT A8 has spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel is above MRT A8, Shopping mall below Hotel is an absolute plus, excellent Food Court is also in the same building. The location of hotel is near local shopping area and night market. The MRT A8 is very convenient to Taoyuan airport, it is the reason why we booked with this Hotel. Breakfast at the hotel is well set up with variety of dishes to satisfy all travelers.

When we went to breakfast we were told that it wasn’t included with one of our room bookings. I showed the booking confirmation which clearly stated that it did include breakfast but was told to raise it with reception. We were in a hurry and didn’t have time to do that so went without breakfast. Better customer service would have been to allow us to have breakfast while the hotel staff resolved the issue.

Well appointed business hotel. Very conveniently located in between Taipei central and the airport (both can be reached in about 20 mins). Good selection at breakfast.

wifi needed to be reset 3 times, and still not work while I checked out the room hotel staff at the breakfast not very well trained, lacking problem solving skills

One complaint, when I made reservations request 1 room with 3 people. It is not available, so I had to booked 2 rooms. But when I arrived the hotel, open my 2 rooms each have one king bed and one single bed in the room. That means I had been pay double the money for my stay.

The breakfast was so delicious have different variety of foods. The location was amazing you can it on to a metro train next to the hotel to take you anywhere in Taipei.

the hotel location is next to train station and there is a mall attached to the hotel, if you come back from your trip you can go check the restaurants at that before you back to your room

Spacious room with complimentary snacks and drinks. The breakfast was great and tasty with lots of choices. The gym and spa was free to access to all hotel guests. The location was very ideal as it was located near the airport mrt and there were lots of local food stalls at evening so you could never be hungry there.

The location is great. Very close to the Taoyuan airport MRT. The hotel has a mineral spring bath. I used it and liked it very much. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the night market. I had a light meal on the street. It's tender rib rice. It's delicious.
