Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Philippinesthe staff was nice and very accommodating. the pantry at the lobby has a few drinks - mostly different kinds of tea in tetra pack. it has hot and cold water dispenser, coffee, fruits mostly apple & banana, biscuits. pineapple & mango cake in bite size was there on our 1st day and we didn't see anymore refills of it. i guess the other guests were eager to try it as well. on our floor there was also a pantry which has different variety of tea bags. a microwave & water dispenser, plates, spoon & fork you can borrow the hotel room is a bit small but it is clean & has a japanese inspired toilet ( with bidet) they said it has a window but it is not something you can open. it is too small. it has hot & cold shower, handsoap, shampoo and body wash. they have a nice hair dryer. it is very strong and has hot & cold air button. there's a 711& family mart nearby there are also food stalls near the hotel the free breakfast from MOS burger or Louisa coffee is a few minutes walk from the hotel it is a few minutes walk to the mrt station exit 1 and exit 6 & it is near ximending. Overall, we had a nice and pleasant stay. Thank you so much😊

PhilippinesWish they have free toiletries. Its available though at their vending machine. The room is a bit small for two persons (with the baggage).
Best location, just a few mins walk to station. Free breakfast. Very clean room. Daily cleaning is available. Overflowing coffee, unlimited fruits and biscuits at the counter. Free potable water. They have a lot of freebies, except for toiletries.

South KoreaWish the bed was slightly a little bit more comfortable.
It was easy to get to and from the airport. It was located in an area where shopping was easy access. The subway station and bus stops were less than 5 min walk. Love that everything was a walking distance and easy to get to. The place was quiet and clean.

CanadaThe only thing i want to say is that the room is bit small.
Very clean property and close to the public transits. Staff are very friendly too. I wanted to say that i noticed every time i go in and out of the building, the front desk staffs stand up which i think is an overkill… i wouldnt mind if they were sitting but i assume that is part of their procedure. The management might want to reconsider this though

Hong KongThe room is pretty small, with NO refrigerator which is quite inconvenient especially when you buy so much food and drinks to enjoy in hotel. When it rains the sound is also quite loud
Is on the other side of Ximending, so while enjoying the benefit of convenience it's also nice and quiet at night. The interior is quite new, aircon is strong, free drinks at lobby. They also provide breakfast, can choose from 3 different locations, all around 5-10m walk, the cafe allows you to get food til night time, good flexibility

SingaporeThe only downsize for me was the room with the twin bed and balcony is a bit small for me and my teenage son with a XL luggage and a cabin size luggage. As for my husband who had the room with th queen-size bed, just besides our room, his room was just right with a medium size luggage,
1. Very close to Ximending 2. Just 3 mins walk to Ximen station exit 1 3. Just opposite hotel is the Open-Chan themed 7-11 and Golden Flower Toast cafe and many other food choices for lunch and dinner 4. Free daily breakfast vouchers (redeemed at MOS Burger and Louisa Coffee), and snacks, drinks and fruits at the hotel lobby 5. Hot and cold drinking water dispenser 6. Strong hairdryer :) 7. Room and hotel is clean

Impeccable location. Literally 100m walk to H&M of ximending. Thoughtful gesture of providing shopping tote even umbrella right in room. Breakfast voucher at nearby restaurants. Only cons is that the rooms are really small. Just enough for 2.

New ZealandThe room is very small, and there is no real window—just a tiny frosted glass square that lets in minimal natural light.
Great location, within easy walking distance to MRT stations and other transport options. It’s also close to night markets. The one-bedroom single room was perfect for my one-night stay. While the room is small and can only accommodate one large suitcase, my carry-on fit perfectly in the storage space under the bed. Very helpful staff.
