We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe swimming pool was closed for the season. I think it should be stated somewhere. Maybe an automatic message when somebody made the booking. As I always book hotels with a pool. It was a suprise to find out it was closed.
The Staff. The Director of Resident helped us a lot with every detail. Location is great as well. Same with the property.

SingaporeHotel provides some personal toiletries in the main lobby although other hotels I stayed with in Taiwan already have it in the individual rooms. Handsoap at wash basin is only provided on request, but they don't provide the soap dish If I'm being extrapicky is the distance to the nearest mrt which is abt 8 mins walk fr exit 4 of Yanchengpu station. But overall it is a pleasant experience.

United StatesThe bathtub was hard to get in and out of for showering, and there was a bit of mold on the walls. The floor was carpeted, but there seemed to be some broken tile under the carpet.
The room was cozy, albeit a little dated. We enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back.
