GermanyOur first room wasn't cleaned properly. We requested a replacement which we received fairly quickly. The interior is dated and puts a damper on the comfort one could feel in their own room. You have to walk quite a bit until the next bus stop. And the quiality of the breakfast was sometimes lacking.
Room and windows were quite big. View out of the windows is very nice. You can see the baseball stadium. Also the hotel is located right beside the love river. The employees were very kind and understanding as well. Breakfast had a big selection of food.

TaiwanThe staff treated me like a criminal. They shouted at me for parking in the wrong space. When I got to jy room, it wasn't cleaned yet. There were take away containers, towels, condoms, and garbage everywhere. The bathroom was disgusting and the bedding wasn't changed. I had to wait 30 minutes and missed an important meeting. I was very disappointed as I have stayed at this hotel often, but it seems loyalty means nothing!
