Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SingaporeIt's a bit far from the train station, approximate 10mins walk. However, there is a bus stop nearby if plan to commute by bus.
The room is big and the pillows and beds are very comfortable. Breakfast spread is good and they even have tea break.

AustraliaMy only gripe is the control panels for the lights. Are by the front door and bed. So you have to remember what to switch on when going to the bathroom etc. it is slightly dated but not in a bad way.
Excellent location to Formosa station mrt exit 8 (350m) liohue night markets (600m). Comfortable beds. Soundproof room. Very large space. Excellent staff. Daily refills of water bottles and coffee etc. it was very generous. Even if you put the do not disturb sign out they will leave you a bag of goodies each day. It is also serviced with a mobile phone provider across the road. Local shop and bank next door . So everything you need.

New ZealandThe only „inconvenience” was type of bathroom door. For me unacceptable in the hotels.
Great hotel. Room is spacious and clean and the bed super comfortable. Included breakfast was fresh and tasty with wide variety of options. It’s located just less than 5 minutes walking distance to metro station. With a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Staff was polite and professional.

BelgiumBreakfast was a lot of choice but not as tasty as eating out, dark walls in the whole hotel give a somber atmosphere, waiting often long for an elevator (only 2 for a big hotel)

United KingdomWith the point about lighting aside, I loved it all!
Delightful hotel. Great rooms with plenty of space. Lighting is not brilliant - there’s no lighting in the ‘desk’ area and the safe is almost on the floor - so impossible to use. The breakfast was excellent, with a super selection which was regularly refreshed. I’d love to stay here again!

Good location to explore the sights of the region. Easy access to public transportation and walking distance from the night market. Rooms we booked very big and the kids loved the monopoly in the room.

SingaporeThe Level 1 lobby does not have Wi-Fi for customers. The lift is small, too slow, and there are only two lifts. During the breakfast peak time from 9-10 am, the lift becomes heavily congested. The lift does not require a hotel keycard to access different floors, which poses a safety concern. My hotel room door does not close automatically, which can be troublesome at times. There are not enough facilities; the only one available is a game room for children, and there is nothing else for adults to do in the hotel.
The room and toilet are very clean. The daily breakfast buffet offers a variety of options suitable for both adults and kids, and the drinks include sugar-free options like iced soy milk. There are free daily tea snacks, but they are only redeemable in the afternoon. The location is excellent, with a supermarket and 7-Eleven just across the road. It's about a 10-minute walk to Kaohsiung Station

Singaporeflickering light in the room and corridor. But not big issue with it. Lift is small and can be slow at times due to the crowd, but these are small issues.
I love the bed, it was very comfortable. Overall the room looks exactly like how I see it in the picture.
