We got a family room and it was a good size for our family of 4 with 2 adult children (18,19). The breakfast was very good, had a mix of traditional Taiwanese and Western Food.

The price is very worth the service for breakfast even in the afternoon snack which was not advertised. As for the room itself it is very comfortable it made us miss some of our itineraries because we fell asleep after a few hours of settling in a hotel for staycation.

Everything was great, the only thing they may need you to do is change their pillows. They were very soft and not so comfortable.

AC can be stronger.

This hotel is a much better hotel compared to what I stayed in xiaoliuqiu 暮澄. They included breakfast, tea time sessions, bidet, very big room with couch. The service was quick and friendly. xiaoliuqiu 暮澄 I paid about NT $6,500=US216 a night. There was no breakfast, no hand soap, and no extra pillows offering. I had to request them not to charge the hand soap and extra pillows. I was very upset to tell them. Finally, they agreed not to charge me these items.

We were given an ADA room when we didn’t need one nor ask for one, the problem with this arrangement was that the shower head’s located super low to my shoulders height (I’m not a tall person at all), in order to wash my hair, I had to hold on the shower head in one hand and wash my hair with the other hand, adding the very strong water pressure, made the shower experience very unpleasant. Not sure if normal rooms’ showers might be better, but for the uncomfortable shower set up, I wouldn’t want to stay at this hotel again because a nice shower is much needed in a hot summer.

We liked our stay overall except for the shower was very uncomfortable.

- The 2 lifts are a bit weak which has a limited number of people to get in. Also, it gets very busy and time-consuming during the morning which might need to wait quite a long time to reach the ground floor - The movie lists on the TV are extremely outdated, and have only basic news and entertainment channels

- Buffet Breakfast included which has a lot of choices - They have recently added a washing machine and dryer - The room was tidy and the lighting was nice & a large space to walk around the room The receptionist was friendly and invited us to have a tea dessert for each person and drinks as we arrived prior to the 3 pm check-in time

Large room with separate living area. Shower was clean. Good AC (necessity in summer). Good TV with access to Youtube. Had an issue with wifi on the first day which was quickly resolved by staff on same day. Location fairly good, easy walk to the train station. A mart and 7/11 near by.

We booked months in advance to get a kids designed room. We ended up with a poker/majong room. We were quite displeased about that

The faucet and sink were weirdly placed so water inevitably got everywhere. Breakfast could use some more variety. Really disliked the sand playroom for the kids (extremely dusty and not great for children to breathe in)- suggest replacing the sand with 決明子。 Also ran into some issues with getting a refund. We had to check out sooner than expected and hotel would not allow refund until I contacted booking.com customer service.

Large rooms and comfy beds, enjoyed the theme rooms, especially the large monopoly floor.

In the bathroom, there’s no towel rack to hang the towels, so it’s rather inconvenient

The room is perfect for my son as he loves cars very much, and the staff is helpful and friendly.
