My child loved the indoor water park! The hotel is very old, but clean and comfortable enough for the price. One down side was that we had to walk a very long way to get drinking water because half the water dispensers in the hotel were out of order at the time of our stay.

The indoor pool and water park were closed during the off-season.

We stayed at this hotel in December, and it was great! The resort is massive. Our room was huge, with three big, comfy beds—perfect for our group of five. The private balcony overlooking the garden was a bonus. The outdoor pool was super big, and we had it all to ourselves because it was winter. That made it even better. The resort also has access to a small beach. The water was calm and clean, which was perfect for the kids to swim. The breakfast buffet was amazing—definitely one of the highlights of our stay! The food was super tasty, and the selection was huge. They had everything from traditional Taiwanese breakfast to western foods.

The walk up from the underground car park no direct access from the hotel you walk up the access slope and round to the entrance it rained during our stay we got soaked. They need a covered walkway to the entrance.

Very large room with a balcony looking out to sea. Clean & comfortable bed, large bathroom with shower and seperate bath. Room serviced daily bottled water replenished. It's a massive Hotel it's a,resort in itself. We are travelling for a long time and really liked the coin laundry in the basement. Massive pool great for swimming.

The room we had was starting to look and feel a little old. Things like the in room questionnaire had been used and looked through multiple time as was starting to look unpleasant. The walls had a number a scratch marks. Ice machines placed in various locations in the hotel would be very convenient. Smaller food options like a sandwich bar, open at around lunch time would solve the lack of food at that time.

The hotel is in a great location. The access to the beach is great. The McDonald's sign at the main lobby is misleading but creates a great opportunity for the hotel that runs a long the same lines as Starbucks and the Post Office that are also housed on the facility.

Hotel and particularly the rooms are old and outdated. The breakfast buffet while quite large, lacked variety and quality. Given the price and reputation, I expected nicer/modern time and better quality food. There are numerous nicer and cheaper places to stay in Kenting.

It was not straightforward navigating your way around the resort - very confusing with all the leisure theme area underground - not easy to get where to wanted at the resort. It’s a bit tired and dated. A lot of the theme park facilities seemed to be closed. Very disappointing to see deer caged up in a small area so children could feed them .

The location close to beach with undergrowth tunnel, easy walk to night food market, shops and restaurants. Laundry facilities were good. Have to say it was the most bizarre place we have stayed at - it was like staying at a theme park.

The service of the hotel improved substantially since our last visit. The rooms and the beds are most certainly the best option in Kenting.

There was only 1 opportunity to eat smth at night - pizza. But the pizza was rather tasty. And there is a street not so far with food and night market.
