The installation of MacDonalds right next to the restaurant. This is extremely disappointing to see a fast food unhealthy option situated in a family hotel. A family hotel should not be prompting unhealthy foods for children and encouraging childhood obesity. The smell of MacDonalds food is extremely strong and unpleasant to smell in the hotel restaurant. The installation of a large M right at the front of the hotel is very sad and disappointing

probably too big. when we stayed there was not much people maybe because it was low season. the brand new mall just below the resort was almost always empty.

you are right in front of a beautiful beach, easy to reach with a private tunnel. the resort has all the services you may need

complimentary fruit in room was rotten. the check in line was ridiculous on Sunday. it took an hour or more to check in when I arrived at 4pm. buffet breakfast was crowded. go earlier to avoid the crowd. oddity, it didn’t have regular juice, like oj or Apple. the food selection was a little weird. food court could use some improvement. the service was slow

The resort is very big, I could have stayed there for a couple of days, and just stayed in the resort using all the features. it has an arcade, pool, animal feeding area. I also liked the small walkway to the beach. the buffet breakfast was pretty expansive. staff were overall friendly and helpful, no one was rude or annoyed despite being so humid and hot as well as facing so many tourists.

More food and dining choices. A huge resort offering only pizza during the midday and late night? Please keep your kitchen open 24/7.

The temperature of the room was too hot. We could not control the temperature of the air conditioner which meant the night time was quite hot and uncomfortable. We asked them to check the air conditioning a couple of times. They did this, but it didn’t help. The temperature of the refrigerator was also not cold enough.

We loved the location and the swimming pool! It was a nice touch to be given free tickets to the Water Space water park. The staff were always friendly and happy to answer any questions.

It is easy to get a bit lost in this huge resort. Breakfast buffet could have a few more western food options.

The property has cut back on many things you expect to be part of the service such as toiletries. The place was a ghost town despite its neighbour hotel booming. Consequently most of the bars cafes etc were closed. We feel disappointed because this was not a cheap option. The hotel seems to spend more time catering for student coach parties that arrive at night and disappear first thing in the morning.

Been to the Howard on several occasions. The room is spacious and the pool was warm.

The hotel is very old and needs a major renovation. It's hard to believe that a Howard hotel can be so old and dilapidated. The swimming pool and surroundings also need a major renovation. The rooms are the worst. Everything is extremely old and dirty.

Breakfast was very ordinary. Nothing special and it seem a bit run down. Yesterday’s resort. Rather tired looking. The beach connected to the hotel via a tunnel was not the best.

It is a beautiful resort. Spacious and clean room with gorgeous vista views. Excellent breakfast variety. Huge pool and very entertaining facility with restaurants and bars. Lots of fun things to do for kids. Great location with a very short walk to the Kenting night market.

Breakfast: there is no cheese, boiled eggs, butter...it says 7 to 10 am. However they don't renew the things after 9.30 and you can't find the thing you wanna eat...low quality food.... Buffet: couldn't try since there was only several choices for vegetarian and seafood meals..why all seafood meals contain pork?! Playing ground: it smells so bad, cannot breath! No bar/restaurant open near by the pool! This hotel was the worst hotel I have ever stayed, no good value for the money! I am going to tell the people around me not to stay in this hotel!
