The location is great, a few mins walk to Kaoshioung train station and right opposite to the bus station where I catchy bus to Donggang. And the Convenient store is a couple shop away. The staff is helpful. Shared fridge on the ground floor for storing food. Clean dorm with very comfortable mattress and pillow. Curtains for bunk bed. Separate area for female dorm and toilet and shower.

There is no shelves, no hooks to hang clothes Too noisy, you can hear every noise behind the door and from the toilet. People dry their hairs, vomit, stomp after 2a.m. and you can cleary recognize it and it's a bit annoying

They are very thoughtful and considerate towards requests made by customers. They are very helpful and willing to make your arrival and stay as comfortable and welcoming as possible! Why do I say this? Although I was not able to arrive on time, they made their best efforts to do everything so I will be happy as a guest before even arriving .I am then fully assured, that on my next plan of stay , it will be with them !

Water dispenser was not working and so couldn't get the warm water required.. also no staff stay at night.. so, for any support one have to wait for the morning.

Everything was great, I would have given the facility a perfect grade except it was lacking a lift and I was booked on the 4th floor. It could also use a common kitchen and dining areas for guests to hangout...

The staff was courteous and efficient and the amenities were well kept. Bed and linens seemed brand new. Its near fastfood chains and mini marts and its only a walking distance from Kaoshiung station and those are great for budget backpackers...

- room was extremely moldy. this was not visible in the photos. covered in mold were whole bathroom door, one cupboard in the bathroom and window frame placed so low it almost touched our heads while sleeping. - room was so dark that any part of the day we had to turn on the light. - there was some kind of generator placed just outside our moldy window, behind our bed. it was so noisy we never took proper rest during the night. it went on whole night, every night. - the location close to main station is not super safe as we heard terrible screams during the night outside our window.

I think in entire Taiwan, in the name of environment hygiene, hotels don’t provide toothpaste, toothbrush, comb. So you have to bring your own.

Location was good. Yo bike, rental scooters, train station and bus stops are so nearby (less than 200 meter). There was the Subway right next to the property. Property was clean, staff were friendly.

The staff were very helpful, and the location was convenient, being close to a train station. However, there were significant issues. There was no elevator, making it difficult to carry luggage, and the stairs were very steep and a bit dangerous to go up and down. The room was extremely small, and when the window opened, it faced the wall of the next building just a meter away, with a noisy air conditioner. The bathroom was poorly designed, with no separation between the shower and toilet, causing the entire area to get wet after a shower. The door was moldy, and there was no fridge or hangers for clothes or towels. A large gap under the door allowed light to come in all night, and the soundproofing was poor, making it easy to hear noise from the corridor. Overall, I would not go back.

Easy check-in and check out process. The location is really nice, easy to find and near the bus and train stations. Big and clean room complete with all the amenities we need.

Is was a bit damp, the bathroom was quite worn down. The bed as in a lot of places in Taiwan was a bit too short. The doors from the room to hallway are paper thin.

Cheap place to stay. You can wash your laundry. Pretty comfortable bed. We had a window facing the back of the building so it was not that loud as the main street.
