The staffs are friendly and helpful. We had some issues with our door and kettle but the staffs were able to help us right away. It is conveniently located next to the Kaohsiung station. There is free laundry room for customer use. Love their breakfast buffet, a lot of choices.

The construction in front of them. Not their fault, but I would imagine access to the train station would be even more convenient when the construction is finished.

The breakfast spread is diverse and exceptionally tasty. The dining hall can easily accommodate large groups with ease. When we checked out at 4am we expected that breakfast service will not be available that early. But that didn't stop them from packing us a nice breakfast meal for all three of us to have at the airport.

It's a pity that there is no more simple food court (self-service TW noodles, eggs..) after 8pm in the restaurant on ground floor like before. The front desk staff told me that it was cancelled since last September. It used to be the place our team get together to discuss project progress or review the day's work while enjoying the nice food and drink,

Bright and clean canteen, warm and friendly staff. I am vegetarian and I love the vegi baked omelet italian style, local fresh fruits and assorted of vegetables in the salad plates. Even though the baby 2 tables away was shouting while his parents were away, no one can hardly tell a baby to behave in public anyhow. I enjoy my stay at this hotel and it's the first choice when I am in KH for business or for pleasure.

Breakfast doesn't provide many western options.

The hotel is right next to the central station, it has a friendle staff and good size rooms. Two nice extras: the free use of bicycles and the eco-friendly option to refill water bottles.

A very foul smell of cigarettes came into the room which is unacceptable because the hotel informs that all rooms are non-smoking. Found dust under the bedside table.

- room atmosphere felt a bit dark and the window had only bad views to the next door and a bit towards some houses (but not really a big issue for me)

+ overall clean rooms and comfortable enough (even if the room design could be a bit more "modern") + very good location close to the main train station (not to the high-speed train station, though, which is more outside the center) + many extras included, such as free self-service laundry/drying, free cookies, ice cream and tea/coffee, etc. + breakfast was very extensive and many warm options (that more resembled a lunch/dinner buffet), even if it was not really to my personal liking (I would have liked more fruits or more continental/international breakfast options) + parking in a (narrow) underground garage included (although can be quite full when arriving late)

good variety on free breakfast buffet. Staff offers great assistance and went an extra mile to answer inquiries and help. The free snacks that is open 24 hours is very convenient and give a feeling of having more than you pay for.
