The hotel staff was friendly . I don't know his name. He is fair and stunt looking and is on glasses. The facility room at B1 is great. We enjoyed the karaoke room and the coffee there. The front desk should have informed us early that you have this facility. We only got to know about it on our last night. We were sad.

Hotel is very near the HSR station so it was convenient. We booked two rooms, a twin single room and a double bed room. Both rooms were spacious and clean. Toilet was good too.
