The room was clean and comfortable, but the lighting was too dim, which made it hard to read or work in the evenings. It would be great if the hotel could install adjustable light switches to allow guests to customize the brightness. This small improvement would make the stay much more enjoyable.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! We booked a kid-themed room, and our kids absolutely loved it. The fun design kept them entertained throughout our stay—they never got bored! The room itself was excellent, with a comfortable bed, a spotless bathtub, and a well-maintained toilet. Everything was clean and of high quality. The highlight of our stay was the buffet-style breakfast. It was delicious and had a wide variety of options for everyone. Breakfast quickly became the thing we looked forward to every morning! Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and made our family trip truly memorable. Highly recommend it for families with kids!

We didn't know what to expect, but that was best because our expectations were met (if they'd existed!) Nearby to the hotel is a shopping center and an amusement park that our kids loved. The rooms were super comfortable, and the people were so nice. It was very easy to take the bus from the main station to EDA.

Their sauna for male was maintained during my staying time, I was not told until checked-in on that date. I recommend they should respond the last info to those who may be impacted in time.

A good view is absolutely good. You could enjoy some without any block as staying at your own balcony. They offer sauna and SPA like other hotel. A shopping mall with the skyscraper next to it is another spotlight. No mentioned on their buffet, nearly 80% seats of that restaurant were occupied.

The location was not close everywhere, but it was good for children

It was a stylish uniq hotel, staff were excellent service and money value was excellent.

We appreciated that the staff who made the check and switch the room for us swiftly even with an upgrade & complimentary cookies. However, the incident could have been avoided totally if the lady who checked us in on the first day was more careful and did a logic check as the whole family turned up to checked in together at the counter. On our part, we should have also checked with front counter again instead of deliberately until the next day.

Our original booking for deluxe for 4 pax was wrongly checked in by the receptionist on the first night into a room for 2 pax with a queen bed. Our family did not manage much rest as it was really too squeezy for a family of 4 (including 2 teenager kids). We decided to enquired again at the front desk the next day morning and feedback that the room looked different from our booking. The counter staff checked and made the switch (and upgraded 1 level up) for us after an hour as they are unable to provide any refund.
