Floor of whole bathroom can be very wet after shower though.

Very helpful staff/owner. Complimentary breakfast with choices and were asked if we want more of anything. Liked the lively interior decor. Located close to the Jiufen Old Street and bus stop to Ruifang and Taipei.

EVERYTHING!!! The host is very generous and the services is above the par! We were hungry that night and asked her is there any vegetarian food delivery that time but unfortunately no restaurants offered the services on that time. Concerned, she offered us to toast the bread and personally sent the bread to our room. When we want to pay, she said the bread was on the house. Despite of language barrier, she tried her very best to communicate with us and without fail and delivered the service excellently

The host is accommodating and cheerful. We felt so welcome in the homestay and were really comfortable. The host was very hands-on to help us in our needs.

Everything. The room is nice and pretty spacious for 4 people. The girl who received us was super nice and friendly. The breakfast is also nice too. And the thing we like the most is the location of the house, just follow the instructions and then you just have to walk about 3-5 mins to get to the house without climbing the stairs dragging the luggage.

The only thing that caught our attention was the number of trash at the back of the property that is visible from our window. I hooe they will have time to clean the area so that the area will only be filled with greeneries.

We liked the location. It was very accessible to the Jiufen Old Street.

The owner of the place is very very lovely and I felt very welcome in this place. The location is perfect, near the old street but reachable without too much walking from the bus station. No need to go up stairs to reach the accomodation. The breakfast was really nice, the room is confortable with everything available.

Easy to get to (via taxi from ruifang), great location for old streets of Juifen, super clean, spacious rooms with thoughtful touches, perfect comfy bed and blankets, and coffee and tea available anytime. The owners were a very kind couple who took my large suitcase up and down the stairs to my room and helped me get a taxi. Room was much cuter and nicer than I expected!

It felt like home away from home. Ruby and her husband were so great and gave us a very warm welcome. The bed was comfortable and our room had a couch which we enjoyed. We enjoyed her breakfasts and the TV!😊Ruby even walked us to the bus when we left as those buses can be confusing 🫤. I also loved that she had an RO water dispenser so u can keep down on plastic waste 😻

We have a better room than we booked. The room and the bed are very good, the bathroom was clean and the breakfast was very good to with a lot of choice. The staff was helpful and welcoming.

Only one minor comment and not meant as a criticism. Could have had more coat hangers but I think this issue was already mentioned so has now been addressed. So great to see the hosts responding to feedback.

The hosts were very responsive and welcoming. It was pouring with rain when we visited and after walking outside for the whole day we arrived thoroughly drenched. We had to leave our shoes downstairs which was to be expected and not at all a problem. However, we were surprised to find that next morning the hosts had our shoes drying over a heated shoe rack over night. This was totally unexpected and so thoughtful from the hosts. Thank you!
