We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast is delivered straight to your room and the whole area is very cute. Their 2 dogs were the sweetest. Rooms were sound proof, albeit a little bit of a weird echo.

TaiwanAs a foreign traveler, what we consider on an accommodation the most is how the staff communicates with the guest. And it is beyond our expectation about the staff here in Ha-Bi Star Fort! We only met 2 staffs, but they are both incredibly approachable and friendly! They made sure they meet our needs for our entire stay. We were able to do what we desire to do within the properties like renting an electric motorcycle, grilling barbecue, using the plunge pool at the evening, taking good pictures, doing the laundry. All was so amazing! It feels like we are staying on our own houses. 😊 Plus, the breakfast every morning was satisfying! ❤️

Taiwanthe property needs some serious cleaning and maintenance. a heavy decorative bolt fell off the mirror when I was using the sink. the mirror for blow drying hair is hanging off the wall at an angle, making me nervous it would break with use. all the decorative pieces could use a thorough scrubbing. the scuba diver’s head in the dining hall had mold on top of it. the sink and sponge in the common kitchen bordered on disgusting. there was dust and dirt under the beds in our room. the garden could use a gardener’s touch. it’s natural but not tended. the water in the swimming pool was not clean after previous guests using it, so it should have been changed more frequently. It wasn’t much worse than many people’s homes, but I think most people expect a much higher level of cleanliness for a guest stay.
my children loved this place! They liked the creative decor, the trampoline, and the friendly dogs to pet. There was a place to wash all the beach toys and sandy shoes. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. it was nice to have a safe garden for kids to run around and play. the AC was cool enough. There was plenty of food for breakfast, too much for the little kids.
