For capsule, they are not provided any towel but we can get one towel for twd30.

The location is exactly at the Kenting Main Street where the night market is located. Beside the hostel, we can rent a scooter. Staff was so nice and helpful. Well done.

Maintaining good air quality in the capsules is tricky but with the two air vans I found it manageable.

For an affordable price you have a capsule at a good locating in Kenting. It is in the street of the night market so you can easily get your dinner there. The staff was very friendly and they regularly cleaned the common areas.

The sheet was not clean but they gave me a clean one when I asked. To get a towel cost $20. The mattress was quite thin and not very comfortable.

Everything. I didn’t expect much when booking a capsule room, but i sure didn’t expect it to be this bad! Food and drinks aren’t allowed in the rooms to avoid getting insects, but even with that my room was filled with ants everywhere! Went to the reception to ask to change the room, the guy working in the reception simply ushered me to talk to the cleaning lady without uttering a single word! The lady then came with me to check the room to make sure there are ants. Then she said “i’ll ask my boss” 15 minutes later she comes and ask me to change the room and take the one just next to it. No surprise, that one had ants too! The shower/bathroom is dirty af! There are molds, ants and spiders EVERYWHERE. The rooms aren’t soundproof, so don’t expect to have any sleep!

No common area except the reception area.

The capsules give you a lot of privacy and there is enough space to take everything into the capsule and lock it, so no need for an extra locker. There is even a TV inside which I didn't use. The bathrooms are clean. The night market starts right outside the hostel so I could always leave for a quick snack and come back.

- The capsules ventilation system didn’t work at all, it heats up in there in no time that its almost unbearable. The only way is to sleep with the door open, which we ended up doing our last night. - The bathroom was pretty grim, a lot of blackmold even on the showerheads blackmold was growing out. -The atmosphere in the hostel was quite weird, the staff wasn’t doing much and the old guy that was constantly in the entrance where he was always following us with his eyes and every move we made, we even saw him follow us to see us catch the bus etc. And no way to have a friendly greeting from him. I think this place has potential but they might have to change a few things and take some of the customers requests into account

The air in the capsule was very hot and uncomfortable. The bed was very uncomfortable and old. The bathroom was dirty. The staff was unfriendly.

Apart from the cleanliness, location, and facilities (which were all way above average), the highlight was the staff. I was unlucky to depart from Kenting during a typhoon and the workers went out of their way to help me find a bus route after my train was cancelled and the public transit schedule was completely thrown for a loop. Couldn’t recommend this location more!

Limited English speaking of staff. Biggest issue- we found a cockroach in the room. They need to more actively prevent big infestations!

Honestly nothing to complain about.

Liked everything. By a stroke of luck my room was ready way before the check-in time. They had no issue taking me in earlier. I really didn't expect it from them and only went to ask if I may leave my luggage there until the allowed check-in time. Free drinks and noodles were available 24h and the staff, including the cleaning ladies were super friendly and simply amazing. Not too mention the value for money!! Bathrooms are shared, but they are single bathrooms so absolutely private and very clean. Enough bathrooms there not to make you wait for one to become availble as well.
