We have a room just one the ground floor. The table & bench face to the mountain just awesome, the bed was comfortable, the room size is big enough for two, highly recommended!

MalaysiaA bit of insects here and there but guess that’s normal for a mountain accommodation.
The view is spectacular. Location is a bit hard to reach but can still get hire taxi to reach (about TWD 200-2500). The toughness to reach is well compensated by the nice quiet surrounding with magnificent Mountain View. A great place to rejuvenate and heal my mind out from crazy work life. The property has very homely feeling, the staff is extremely hospitable and accommodating, helping us to book transport back to town. Breakfast was great with good combination of carbo and protein. I love the breads…look simple but addictive to munch!

SingaporeThe walls don't seemed to be quite soundproof. We could hear other guests partying into the night from our room.
The location was rustic and beautiful. It was literally in the clouds in the next morning. Staff were very polite and friendly. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was spacious and well-equipped. The breakfast was very interestingly presented and delicious. Enjoyed the serenity during breakfast. Overall, Cloud Villa has a very homely feel.

MalaysiaAlmost perfect; nothing to complain about. If anything, what could be better is to widen the narrow ally lead-up to the premises and provide more spacious parking, but that's out of the hotel's control.
All the rooms come with a perfect view of the mountains. Our room on the second floor has a private balcony. Breakfast was freshly made, and the option to dine in the lounge area, outdoors, or in the room. Great big-screen TV with Netflix is definitely a plus. Walking distance to 7-eleven, restaurants, and fruit stalls.
