Great location in central Tainan. Good food and bars walking distance away. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. Make sure to bring a towel so you don't have to rent one! Staff was kind and helpful, large common area downstairs

Still the hostel has a gigantic common area making it very very comfortable with everything you wish for in a hostel.

I love the beautiful, open, common space on the first floor. The space is very relaxing and cheerful. I found the room and bathroom to be very comfortable and clean! Perhaps the best part is the friendly staff and awesome location! Right beside the hostel is a nice restaurant that holds live night music some days of the week. I am so happy that they had a guitar in the hostel. I learned to play basic chords which was very meaningful to me!

Bed, locker and wall have dust and the bed curtain is dirty. The mattress and pillow is too soft and low, you will feel not very well when you wake up in next morning. Confined air in the room because the Air-conditioner cannot adjust to lower temperature

Female dormitory have priviate toilet and shower inside each room. Self-Laundry facilities is good and have clothes drying area.

Even though I was checking in later beyond 6pm, the staff were kind enough to wait for me to assist me with checking into the hostel. The hostel also had coin laundry facilities which made it very useful for me to wash and dry my laundry.

- The staff hours seemed a little restrictive. Luggage storage was a little inconvenient - The room cleaning didn't seem excellent, some amenities weren't replaced and there was a used toothbrush still in the shower - The windows in the room faced a wall so no light really came into the room

the insallation of toilet, shower and vanity is just a glass door. Meaning anyone uses the facily inside the room will wake up all the sleeping people in bed. the worse part is in the middle of night. I had been wake up with a number of times when someone flushing the toilet.

Even though there are “quiet” times and bathrooms outside the dorm, some people really don’t care and shower and blow dry their hair even after midnight. Hour long showers were also a thing. There should be more effort to prevent this and let people who want to sleep be the “rude” ones, telling them to please go downstairs. Also there seems to be a lack of communication between staff.

Awesome location, very big and comfortable common room. Some of the staff are absolutely lovely and will do everything they can to help you.

Exceptional help from receptionists , brilliant area for eating. Spaciousness of whole hostel. Highly recommend for a few days stay. We booked in for 3 nights, however we liked it so much we stayed one more night.

The bed and the dorm I had was a bit dusty. Toilet and shower inside in the dorm which can be a con to some people.

The common area was open for 24 hours, which was really so convenient if you wanted to chill or hang out with others till late night.
