Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Sometimes the bathrooms smell.
The cheap laundry facilities & cheap washing powder you can buy, the quiet rooms, the location which is just a few steps from the daily night market, the nearness to the Formosa Blvd subway station, the spacious rooms - all at a very reasonable price.

The room was nothing like what the pictures show, with much furniture missing. The bed was pretty short: at 5’8, my feet were already hanging in the air.
The location is very convenient, just a minute walk from Formosa Boulevard station and a minute walk from the famous Liuhe night market. Despite the convenient location, the room was not noisy at all.

Probably a better common area for us to lounge. But that's okay. The price, the amenities and location is more than enough. I will stay go back and stay here. Actually we plan to return. :)

It would be helpful if they could send the template communication messages to foreign tourists in English (or send both: Mandarin and English). Yes, we can use GoogleTranslate, but it should be considered that it is harder when you are on the go and on limited data. Also, I'd recommend adding a shower curtain in the bathroom.
Great location! It's very near the main metro station (Formosa Boulevard) and also a night market. Although it's central, there was no noise, because the room was on a high floor. The room was convenient, I slept well. The wifi worked well, there's an electrical plug near the bed, the place was clean, the shower and air conditioning worked fine. The instructions sent prior to the trip were good to have to find the location, as it could have been tricky to find them otherwise.

Very convenient location, above LiuHe Night Market, and very near Metro station. It is very quiet though it is above the night market. The room is big. Hotel is more environmentally friendly as it didn't provide personal hygiene items like toothpaste brush, tooth paste etc.

TV didn't turn off and was shining all the time - had to take in off the electricity. We were in the highest floor so the sound of the rain was really loud.
The bathtub was really cool, whole bathroom is spacious. Bed was comfortable.

Our room didn't have a washing machine, but there was one in the hallway that we could use until 10 at night.
The hotel is right by the main subway station in Kaohsiung, which was super convenient for us. The check-in and check-out times are reasonable. The room was small but cozy and had everything we needed, like towels, shower gel, shampoo, a hair dryer, and air conditioning. The bed was really comfy. Just remember, the reception is on the 10th floor.

Room floor was very obviously slanted downwards (we nearly fell just standing/walking a few times in the room). It is quite pricey for what we got but we understand that it is a concert and game weekend.
Location and staff were the highlight.

No kettle n hot water far away. Wallpaper falling off. Windows r not clean. Parking is a pain as road side parking is not possible as it’s at d famous night market itself.

I dislike the room's design which they arranged me a room with many staircases, I need to climb up a stair to my bed and climb two stairs to bathroom, gives me a knee ache. Check with staffs first before confirm.
Friendly and helpful staffs. Clean room and facilities. Great location if you're looking for nearest to MRT or tourist destinations.

No shower curtain or divider in the bath so the whole room would get wet when taking a shower. The AC was a little loud and I had to unplug what I assume was the air purifier or humidifier as it was impossible to sleep with how much noise it made.
Very big room, right above the night market, perfect location. Amazing value for money.
