Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Very good location. There were some issues with the toilet but the staff addressed the issue immediately. The complimentary coffee, bread and snacks are good, but they ran out of milk supply. There should be additional pillows as one small pillow per person is not enough. Another turn-off was when a female member of our group asked for help to call a taxi for an early (5:30 am) schedule going to the airport (raining and cold temp), the staff replied to just walk and take the mrt. 🥺

The bath and sink in the bathroom were a bit old and damaged, but it didn’t refrain us for having a nice stay!
Very comfy! We even overslept a bit! The ladies at the reception were all so nice and welcoming!

The triple room is quite small for 3 adults; there was a minor hiccup and miscommunication - I asked for a late check out (9.30pm) during my check in. The staff who attended me said it is doable I just need to come to the reception on the day itself to make the payment. However the next day I noticed that they sold the room to someone else, and they could only accommodate me latest til 8pm which was unacceptable since my flight is midnight. Anyway after some back and forth discussion they were able to give me the room until my requested time, but it still bothered me a little to think that the staff did not properly recorded my request. The lift was also rather slow, reception is on level 6, and the rooms were on 7-10 floors. So there was a long wait during peak hours for the elderly who couldn't climb the stairs.
The Hotel seems newly renovated, it is a little small but very clean and new. The separated shower and toilet is a nice touch for an accommodation in XMD area. Snacks and refreshments available for guests, I like to grab a few before I go off on an entire day outside. I would definitely return to this place if I am traveling in a smaller group.

The bathroom lacked hand soap which was odd since it had many of the necessary amenities. We were told it was for environmental reasons. I believe a soap dispenser could be added to the sink with the same soap that was available for the shower.
The bed was comfortable. The hotel was quiet and had amenities including snacks and drinks. It is located at the heart of Ximen, next to public transport and great places for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks.

The size is decent for a small group of 2, or family with toddlers. But if you are a family of 4 (kids above 12y) it might be a little too cosy. In addition, there were a few steps up before we can take the lift. So might be a little inconvenient if you have heavy luggage.
Location was great, near the shopping district and you have massage parlours operating till wee morning beside the hotel.

Rooms are painted grey, so slightly depressing plus the window is tiny, so feels slightly claustrophobic if you stay in the hotel to rest.
There really isn't breakfast there but they offer a lovely all day coffee/ tea desk with instant soups, and snacks like chips and biscuits. During breakfast, they would have butter/jam and some buns. It is a very convenient to pop down for a quick snack. The location is fantastic, close to central malls, eateries and not too far from MTR. Staff is wonderful and helpful. The rooms are quite tiny for family of 3 but it is clean. Windows are tiny and does not look out to anything. For a boutique quick trip, it is ideal and value for money. The beds and cleanliness is better than some expensive hotels. Good western (english language) channels.

Too cramped for a 3 person group. Difficult to open luggages and zero storages. Needs more hooks so you can hang stuff you can't place on the available walking space in the room. I would book a bigger room with them if we're more than 2 traveling
The location. 5 minutes on foot to Ximending. Close to all the happenings, close to the MRT on foot, convenience stores every which way you head.

Its the stair going to the elevator because if you have a lot of luggage you have to carry first the Luggage going to the elevator. Thats all but overall the hotel is Nice

Soundproofing can be improved. Cleanliness of room can be improved. A lot of hair under the legs of the chair in the room.
Good location with plenty of eateries nearby. Hotel staff is warm, friendly and helpful. Loved the free flow of snacks and drinks available at the reception area 24/7. Simple breakfast of bread and buns provided. Washer and dryer were a plus!

The room has very good toiletries except HAND SOAP. Quite shocking to know that. Also, the way to the lift were stairs, very inconvenient for luggages.
Location very near to XMD, snacks available whole day at the reception. Staff were nice n helpful. Room was clean, had wet n dry area in the toilet area.

Bathroom seemed a bit run down, reception area rather chaotic. All in all it felt like a party hostel and cost-performance ratio not really great.
