There's no lift outside Z8to go underground mall, it's very inconvenient especially travelling with elderly & special needs child.

The location is very near Taipei Main station. One of the exit is right outside the hotel.

Roaders is great for kids and family! Happy Hour 2-4 pm with free mini buffet high tea daily makes everyone happy. Set up at level 4 is very cute . It has a kids circus feel and 24/7 kids party outlook with free snacks and Tidbits bar for everyone to help themselves with. The 2 indoor playgrounds are fantastic too. It's a kid haven.

- Hotel is right in front of exit Z8 of Taipei Main Station. Easy access to TRA (subway) and High Speed Railway. - Just downstairs from the hotel are already lots of eating places: Mcdonalds, Starbucks, local coffeeshops and cafes, 7-11, Family Mart. - Indoor playground for children - Free flow tea and filtered coffee (self service) - Filtered water dispenser - Free snacks and chips - Responsive staff.

The hotel is clean and the sockets don’t require a travel adapter which makes it very convenient for us. Special shout out to Mandy L who is manning the food corner. Her warmth and friendliness makes us feel extremely welcome!

The facilities in the room, no luggage stand, no extra chair or sofa, no wardrobe, no hanging space for clothes or washing, not enough hanger and etc.

The location and new renovation which make everything looks clean. The play ground and ball room excellent for kids. The waiting area (lounge) with free snack and drink great for travellers who have to wait for check in or the gap between check out and flight schedules.

It could have been communicated clearer that the hotel front desk was located on the 4th floor of a building or have a sign outside the building that that was the hotel. We had no problems locating it but we weren't sure as it looked more like an office building.

The staff were helpful and there is a 24 hour front desk manned by quite a few staff even in the wee hours.

- Room is hugeee and have many freebies at the lobby - snacks, beer, free postage service etc 🥹 - Just note that they don’t do room service and serve breakfast, but they still provide towels / toiletries when needed due to their commitment towards sustainability lol - Hotel is located about 10 mins walk away from Taipei main station. as the nearest exit is blocked due to some construction work, there are still other exits that lead you to roaders plus (as of oct 2023, nearest and most convenient exit is 5)
