Newly built and the Taipei Main Station is just across the street. it is indeed a tall building where you are able to find your way home as it can be spotted from far.

The staff supported us to book a car (for 7 ppl) to go to the airport, which is quite far from the city. We contacted them at 10PM to find car for 3PM next day. finally, they found one. we really appreciate! Thank you!

No view although we expected it. we do have a window but it’s not showing anything but building next door.

the location is great if you want to explore taiwan but want to have Taipei as your base. it’s literally located in front of the main train and bus station and have an entry point into the station (Exit Z8). the room was also great and clean and very well designed. Lobby area is unique and pretty. Convenience stores are aplenty.

No daily cleaning. Only one pre-booked cleaning for our 5N stay with fine prints to read like weekend exclusion, time to submit etc. The front staff was not too friendly when we submitted the request slip on Friday morning against the fine prints. Take note that hotel roadster plus and hotel roadster plus theme are managed separately, though their check-in counters are just next to each other. I was confused with the same room type with different sizes and room facilities, and thought I had booked a room with a bathtub -- that's only available with the plus hotel (less theme) .

More hanging space and some shelving storage for clothes should have been provided as well as a stretcher to place the baggage on, no room cleaning during a 5 night stay.

For those who mind, the hotel does not do room service during this pandemic period. The room only has one chair despite it being a twin room.

Minimalist but modern furnishings. Staff were responsive to requests for assistance.

Tried to join the membership program for the hotel. Unfortunately, the system requires a local Taiwanese mobile number, which we (foreign tourists) do not have. Perhaps this is something that the hotel can look into.

This hotel is a gem! Location is excellent, walking distance to Taipei main station, shopping and eating places. Just over a year old, the hotel rooms are spacious and are in good condition. Due to covid concerns, we had to pick up toiletries, water, tea/coffee bags from the reception. But that's not much of an issue. Thankful to the friendly and helpful hotel staff who provided extra pillows at our request and suggested some restaurants for dinner. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

The exit Z8 does not have any lifts so guests with large luggage may want to take note of this.

Minor issues of extra conveniences. Would have liked TV to be able to link to PC or cell phone. Would have been good if had a shelf/closet for luggage.and to hang clothing. A long mirror would be nice as well.

Bed was very comfortable. The ventilation was great. Very quiet. Availability of extra toiletries was also very thoughtful and convenient.

Bathroom sink is not in the washroom where shower and toilet are. It was a bit difficult to find the entrance.
