Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SingaporeThe in-room kid/child facilities could have been safer. E.g., the ball pit was simply an area bordered by a ledge. The ledge was not padded and the corners were not rounded. Please supervise young children. I was a little thrown off by staff during check-in when another staff member interjected my conversation with the counter staff and asked me to cancel my online booking and book directly with them for a small discount of NTD$300, because it sounded like a demand and they mentioned I'd have to pay in cash (which was a little suspicious). Luckily the counter staff clarified that it was an option they were giving guests, and I didn't have to take it if I didn't carry that much cash - I'd have left if he didn't clarify it that way.
Location was rather central to the city, but we hired a driver to get around because we were travelling with a toddler. My kid loved the slide/ball pit in the room and was really happy. Room was spacious. Staff were generally helpful. Super affordable.

SingaporeWalls seem a bit thin so you can potentially hear what is going on in neighbouring rooms - especially those with slides. Likely to hear the children next door enjoying themselves. The lift is quite small so if there is a rush to check-out / check-in, you might have to wait awhile.
Room does not come with breakfast but there are eateries nearby to satisfy your hunger pangs. There is a simple shop next door which provides a wonderful variety of breakfast options like (customized) sandwiches, burgers and beverages at very affordable prices. Additionally, being able to be in a room which could accommodate my family of six is definitely a plus!

SingaporeDon't expect very nice posh toilets. Very basic setting, sufficient for you to enjoy a good bath after a long day out
Fantastic location with Luodong market just minutes walk away. There was no worries about finding food in the morning or even at night as there are shops around. The room is designed in such a way that adults and children alike will definitely enjoy and fun during the stay.

SingaporeToilet sink was slow in draining. No ventilation so very humid especially after a hot shower. Location of shower head was weird, and you also have to sort of climb over a built-up tub to get into the shower area. Would not recommend the room I stayed in to children below 7 or seniors.
Short walk from Luodong train station and Luodong night market. Nearby laundromat around the corner too. Breakfast shop right next to the inn. The kids were super thrilled with the slide in the room. Convenient lift service to top floor, no need to carry luggage up. The room was very clean and the tv channels were great.

SingaporeThe trash bins were huge and would have been better to be placed outside the room to create more space for the room.
There's a slide and a cosy hut in the room, which is unique. Plus the big square bath tub can fit 3 kids. The kids enjoyed the stay very much. The inn is 7mins walk to luodong night market.

SingaporeThe only negative thing is the washroom tiles are too slippery once the floor is wet. My kids fall down few times when entering to toilet.
The room is very big and my kids love the slide so much. The room is clean as well. There is a kettle also acting as the tumbler which can keep water hot. This is very convenient for us. There is a washing machine at Level 1 for free by TWD 30 applies for the dryer. Highly recommend this place to family travelling with young kids.

TaiwanThey only take cash payment, even though the booking marked them take card payment :/
Easy access from train station like 10 mins by walk. It's also walkable to the famous Loudong night market. The place is clean and the room is a good size, with a small balcony so the room is airy. Usually my main concern about the accommodation would be the noise issue but this is not a problem at all during our stay. Staff is friendly as well, recommended us some local point of interests to go. We had a good time there.
