We found it difficult to regulate the temperature in the room, a flat sheet on the bed would have helped with this.

The staff were lovely. Laundry facilities were reasonably priced. Proper bathroom not a wet room. We enjoyed the snacks in the lobby area. Was really good location for Ximending. 711 across the road. Lots of places to eat, next door and down the street. Massage nearby too. Fruit and vegetable shop about 10 m away. Would definitely stay again.

The little lounge area with free flow of instant noodles, water, coffee and snacks is great for those traveling in groups.

Rooms are a little dated

The location was absolutely fantastic, closest metro is about a ten min walk but you’re right in one of the best neighbourhoods in the city. Staff are very friendly and rooms are really spacious. Free snacks and washing machine / dryer is a big plus!

Asked for access to the laundry room and was told to go to the hostel next door.. Then the next day I found the laundry room on the ground floor. Not sure what happened there but a bit annoyed that I had to travel so much further than needed.

Super local. Easy to get to. Place was clean. Internet was great. Comfortable to sleep and good resources.

The staff was very respectful and the place was clean. There were a lot of food establishments in the vicinity as well as convenience stores so anything you need is right outside. Not to mention ximending is just a few steps away.

the lift broke down a few hours before I was due to check out, and wasn’t able to be fixed. my wife and I had to carry our bags down three floors! Thank goodness one of the front desk staff came to help us.

It takes a while for the water to get warm, other than that, it was all good.

The space of the room, the windows from the main room and bathroom, no cigarette smoke smell, the elevator access, clean lobby, walking distance from the ximending market...this is a value for money hotel.

near from MRT , walk in 5-10 minutes the room so spacious nice clean modern and the good bathroom..

Housekeeping could be done better instead of just refilling the consumables and empting the trash. A simple dusting could be done. It has no closet but that's not a deal breaker for me.

It has windows and it is almost complete in facilities. Sound proofed room. Location is a a block way from Ximenting night market. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
