The spa is simple but very nice on a cold wet day. You bike stand next door. Nice room with high ceilings. I love the water dispenser with sparkling water.

The spa was most excellent! Really a stand out of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and nice. Breakfast was great, varied with excellent western and eastern options. It was a bit of a walk to the MRT station and the closest bus stops but there was a very handy 7/11 close by and despite it being next to a big traffic street the noise didn't make it inside.

The restaurant twice I sent two different meals back to have the beef and the duck cooked correctly as I asked for both times it came back nearly the same as the first time . Sobe of the restaurant staff could improve their English

Toilet make a lot of noise, can hear people talking next door or upper floor, curtain need to re furbished, can not close properly

I think the management shld look over the toilet, as it makes a lot of noise when refilling water. Its just next to bed, so if someone goes to toilet or upstairs , we can hear it very clearly. Thats the bad point

Location from metro system is approximately 600meters away. Can be a issue with your luggage. However hotel offers free shuttle bus! 👍

Good silent night sleep in a well airconditioned room. Excellent Extended Breakfast buffet is presented in western style and Asian style fresh and delicious. Great sauna, steam room and hot baths free of charges after a day in the city. Everything you need within walking distance. Absolutely a great hotel

Fitness centre needs less machines and could use a set of kettlebells. Felt a bit cramped to work out.

Hotel was in a good area, very accessible to get too. It's a bit of a walk to the MRT, but buses are readily available and walking is easy. Fitness centre is decent (could use less machines) and pool is good when warm.

I stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect! I even had a medical emergency and it was impressive how fast and kind they reacted. I am truly grateful! There is also a Starbucks downstairs with good coffee and nice cakes. I had room service and it was good. The room had everything it needed, quite spacious and comfortable. Pool, gym and sauna are also very nice.

I don’t often take the time to write reviews. I travel a lot. But the service by the Miramar Garden staff went above and beyond the expectations. They really made the hotel feel welcoming, and went out of their way to help all the time.

I loved this hotel - ended up staying there twice during my trip to Taiwan. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable and have everything you need, and the best part is the free pool and spa - amazing relaxation after a day of sightseeing.

We caught a cab from the MRT station and arrived at the hotel in 5 minutes. Reception spoke excellent English and were most welcoming and efficient. Lydia was particularly helpful during our checkout stage. Our double room was large with a great hot shower and an extremely comfortable bed. Breakfast was fabulous with a huge choice of continental, fried, fruits and Asian food. Nice juices and fresh coffee too. On arrival we had a much needed cold local beer and a super sandwich. I recommend this hotel.

I loved this hotel. The swimming pool was wonderful and the spa was even better - a perfect way to end a busy day of sightseeing. Rooms were comfortable and the staff were very helpful. Location isn't near much of interest for tourists, but very easy to get places via bus or metro. Lots of good breakfast cafes nearby too if you don't have breakfast in the hotel.

There wasn't anything bad that stood out. The staff are friendly and helpful, the variety of food is amazing and the room during our stay was cleaned regularly to a very high standard.

The staff at the hotel are always willing to help. The large variety of breakfast options is a big bonus. The location isn't the absolute best if travelling by public transport but it's good enough.

Exceptional pool. Perfect heated temperature and great for lap swimming 🏊 Fantastic hot tubs and steam room/sauna. Loved the wellbeing area. Super clean and inviting. Very friendly staff.

Some rooms were a little noisy from the air conditioning, the staff quickly moved us to make us feel comfortable.

Great staff, accommodated our needs. Very helpful! Good sized rooms and great facilities. Location was a little quiet, however a lot of things were in walking distance, and the MTR and taxis are easy to use.
