CroatiaNo hot water kettle in the room, need to go to ground floor to take it. There is coffee machine at ground floor (free coffee) but when there is no receptionist, no coffee or no coffee cups . Also, there is no cloth cabinet or any selves, there is only a hook stand for clothes.
Good location, not far from main train station. 2nd market is few hundreds meters away.

Very clean room. Good location at the boulevard, walkable to train station, night market and bus stop to sun moon lake. In the room description it was written that you shouldn‘t be sensitive to noise but the room was actually very quiet.

BelgiumPhotos on booking.com are deceiving- obviously I don't expect a hat on my bed, but there were zero plants or flowers, no decoration on the walls, the photos make it look a lot more cosy and beautiful than it is, in reality it's a lot more stripped back so I could have chosen another hotel that looks like this for cheaper. Also, considering the size of the room, some kind of stand for a suitcase or a small shelf would be good, I had to basically put my clothes on top of the fridge
Location is wonderful, beautiful lobby, good WiFi (worked and made video calls from the rook bo problem), comfortable bed, large room. Accommodated me to give me a room higher up away from the street noise so I could sleep better :)

The room was big compare to other hotels that we've stayed before. The location is great. It was near to the train station and bus stop. We like the fact that they provide electric fan since the aircon is not working properly. The the refrigerator is great. 😊

I was woken up with a loud banging on my door because one of the staff members didn’t check & see that I had extended my stay. The whole point of being in the Hospitality industry is to be hospitable and make sure that guests are well taken care of…the staff here, still needs some training in this regard.
