Strategic location few mins away from Taipei main station exit M6, cosy comfy clean and friendly staffs. Lounge area, toilet and pantry are clean. An ideal place for solo traveller. Will definitely stay back again if travel to city.

The aircon in our room is not performing well, i think it needs repair, it's dripping and it's not that cool although we set the temp to the coldest..

Nice single room with AC. Location was really convenient. Good value for money. I never had to wait or queue for the shared toilets and showers, might have been low season. Either way, very with happy with my stay.

The hotel is located near Taipei Main Station and exit 6, so it is convenient to get around the city. The room is comfortable. The shower room and the restroom are clean. It's so nice to stay here.

Wifi connection was very poor in the room, I was better off using my phone data. If internet is essential you may need to look elsewhere.

Fantastic location with easy access to the airport and much of Taipei. Rooms were small but comfortable, the common area was a great place to have breakfast. Staff was quick to find something I left in the room and pass it off to a local friend. With so many budget hotel reviews complaining of mold, smoke, and noise, I'm really happy I stayed here!

Extremely clean. This is the style where the bathroom and showers are not in your room, or at least mine. If you’re fine with that this is great value for money. Staff were very friendly as well. You can leave your luggage here after you check out too.

The air con was not working for the first night. Shower hose was leaking and room smell and dusty. The second night (a different room) was better but musty smell was stronger and limited lighting. 3rd and 4th night (a different room again) was good.

This place has mould problems. I had to be moved room because the smell of mould was so bad, i could not identify where it was coming from. I got moved to another room which was not as bad, but the room was damp. you could feel the moisture and smell the mould in the room. This place is a health risk.

The room was tiny and the walls were paper thin that we could hear any noise in the hallway and the room opposite to us. We spent two nights with very little also. Avoid at all cost!

The female staff at the concierge on dec28 afternoon was not too helpful. It is not our first time to stay at this property. And we were very very disappointed at the service and also the state of the room. 1.The aircon was leaking nonstop. On our last day, there was a very big puddle on the floor and we had to use towels to keep the water from reaching the bed. One of our luggages got wet as well (who would have known the aircon would leak non stop while we slept?!) 2. The water pressure was not good enough. 3. The water temperature was not hot enough. On our first day we informed the female staff at the concierge and her only answer was to wait 10minutes. We had waited that long already and the water was not hot that's why we went to the concierge. We were told that if there are too many guests staying and using the water at the same time, the hot water supply is not enough. We did not like the attitude. There was no apology whatsoever. 4. When we moved the curtain between the bed and the bathroom to let some light in, we were surprised to see a USED condom and the wrapper on the floor. It was very unsanitary. Please note: We love NYS and had a very good experience before that's why we returned. We hope you will improve your services in the future esp. staff attitude even if it's peak season. We understand it may be a busy season and your staff might be overwhelemed. But please also understand that some of your travelers are already tired from the long journey and will not "bother" or ask your staff if we did not encounter a problem. We really would like to return in the future. We hope you can improve your service.

Great location.. The male and female staff assigned on Dec31 morning were very accommodating and helped us weigh our luggages. The male staff assigned Dec31 9pm was very kind also and wrote us a map showing us which exit to take to get to the airport quickly. We did not even ask but he offered to help. He was very kind. thank you.
