Too cold, they should switch on the heater or fire place at common dining place. Even the bedrooms have no heater except the electric blanket and hot water shower.

Love it that it’s tucked away. A huge compound. Was freezing cold when we were there, too foggy and with some rain. We couldn’t do much but only stayed at the hotel to rest and relax.

The location was very picturesque, but was a little far from Cingjing Farm without your own transport. The reception staff were very helpful. The shower pressure was good. The room had a great view. Parking was available outside the room.

A bit of walking up hill is required. We were lucky that our driver's car can be driven up to our room. We saw another group to walk up the hill with their luggage. While the bed was heated, the room wasn't. It was a rainy day in April. The room was very cold. The toilet was so cold that taking a shower was a challenge. There was hot water in the shower, however it was very cold before and after the shower.

Superb view from outside of our room. This is the best part of this accommodation. Heated bed. The room was quite spacious. Enough for 4 adults to move around. Bathroom with strong water pressure. Breakfast was ok. The restaurant has very good view.

My own fault is that i forgot to inform the property to assign a car accessible unit as there are two elderly traveling together. Staff was very helpful to help to bring up the luggage. Thumbs up to them.

Think of it as a rustic hiking lodge and you’ll be pleased.

As advertised, the walls are a little thin, but they offer eye plugs at reception. It was a challenge to find the location on google maps.

Great staff, very friendly, excellent English. You could pay by card (despite what other reviews were saying!). The view was stunning. Good local style breakfast.

The hotel was nice as they help to upgrade our 2 other room to be at the same floor with the attic room 楼中楼，kids were excited. Good place up the hill, cold weather at night even during summer hence they don't have aircon Breakfast was good, they served hot dishes.

the male who in charge of check in is unpleasant, the booking didn’t mention the information clearly but the client looked that is not his business and just left customer driving car to the other side of mountain to draw money, they also didn’t mention the limitations of bookings even though they asked to add line for the contact earlier, they also didn’t provide bank transfer account to overcome this problem. those bothered us much.

I arrived sick at the bus station, my pride made me try to reach the hotel by foot. Somebody saw me sitting on the side of the road trying to gather my forces. Once she knew where I was going, she reached them and a lady from the hotel came straight with a car to bring me to the hotel so I could rest. They were so nice with me, even helped me to try to find back the person who informed them the day before so I could thank her. Really awesome people!

The villa is huge and spacious, for my group of 7. Can imagine it is great for families staycation, for the weekend. We were pleasantly surprised that there was housekeeping service even though the villa was quite clean already. Happy 😄

Distant from Main Street. Some of the room require you to go up slope and stairs. If you travel with elderly or have heavy luggage, please check with them whether the room you selected require you climb up stairs or go down stairs with your heavy luggage. There are no lift at this place.

they forced us to pay in cash even though it’s listed that they accept credit card. It was a b&b with a lot of rooms. They did not tell us where our rooms were and we also had to carry our luggage’s up and down with us while we find our rooms with no help from the b&b.

Very cozy warm room, with outdoor patio and amazing views. The soundproofing was not as bad as described, I could hear the next room over only - when speaking softly we could not hear each other

I was impressed by the excellent service of the front desk guy. He speaks English. He smiled all the time. Very courteous; very considerate because he upgraded our room to a better one which satisfied me the most. As with the food and the whole place, all excellent!
