Hotel didn’t have driver to pick us up from bus station; or send us to the bus station after check out.

Hotel is 5mins walk to Alishan town centre and 15min walk from Alishan Bus Station. Buses from Chiayi TRA or Chiayi HSR stop outside Alishan Forest Park main Entrance (bus station is next to it)

Nice location not far from the train station and the start of the walking trails for Alishan. The rooms are small but have everything you need. Considering the location, it was good value for money. We took the sunrise tour which we booked at the hotel and it was definitely worth it.

We had a good diner in a Hot pot Restaurant which was incl in the hotel price. Parking Lots were very comfortable.

Toilet is a bit old No option to on heater as and when we liked The last step of each floor’s stairs when climbing up is higher than the rest of the steps, easy for people to trip, would be good if there was a warning Kettle in my room smelt weird and water tasted weird when drinking from it

Staff was very friendly & detailed in introducing alishan & their hotel’s own program Stargazing tour was great, guide was really knowledgable about stars & taught us how to take picture of the night sky with our phones Every floor there is a water dispenser for hot & cold which is great Room is not the biggest but was okay Heater was on when temperature is below 10’C

Located and Alishan National Park, not far from the bus terminal. Free breakfast included at restaurant nearby, They have free shuttle service to send back to bus terminal after check out.

Cheapest stay compared to others in Alishan National Park, breakfast was a bit far from the hotel (had to walk) but it tastes good. They provide pickup and drop off from Alishan Transfer Station so you don't have to walk all the way to the hotel bcs its quite far. If you are planning to watch sunrise at Alishan, this can be a good option as it is just walking distance to the Alishan train station. The hotel also offered sunset tour, stargazing and sunrise tour (refundable).

Building is a bit old, especially the toilet. Limited time provide power supply.

The room is just comfort enough for 2 pax clean bathroom n great location. Good services provide n well explain from the reception upon check in. Provide with extra services pick up from station bus n also propose for food in package. Location is just walking distance to railway station , 7-11 mini marts & Centre. Provide warmer if too cold during night.

There was an electricity shortage due to heavy rain in the middle of the night, luckily the hotel has a generator to temporarily solve the problem.

The staff are very helpful and welcoming. They have organized tours for guests and are willing to refund if it didn't meet the expectations. Besides that, the bed is very comfortable for me but the room for my parents is rather small although we have no choice to take that because the hotel was fully booked.

The bed linen has a lot of yellow stain. The room is a bit cold. Heater only open when the temperature drop below 10 degree.

The view from our room window was beautiful with blossom starting blossoming. Toilet was great. Hot shower was strong. Free flow of hot and cold water.

Everything is nice. But the extra package provided by hotel should be explained more properly. For example i was excited to join the sunrise package since you offered extra point of attractions compared to the one by the train. However, not only the place to watch the sunrise were a bit crowded, the driver went to see the sacred tree first then only to sunrise viewing spot. I know not all driver can speak english but still a little effort to communicate is appreciated. We waited for one hour since we thought after breakfast we will go to another check point but end up we wait for nothing. I don’t even sure if the tour ended because the driver just told us the car will be waiting at the same place, but after 1 hour and 5 mins he didn’t come so we just go back. Honestly it is a waste of our money.

The restaurant the hotel referred to us on our second day is not good at all. The restaurant staff is not very friendly and food quality is worse than the restaurant we ate on our first day.

The location is great and the staff is very nice and helpful.
