There is a sauna on the 2nd floor but closed. Self checked it didn’t really saved time, at the end still need to go to the front desk.

Close to MRT station. The hotel is new and modern, the room is good size and clean, very comfortable.

Not many shops around. Breakfast place is limited choice.

All things are wonderful. New and clean rooms. Metro is very close just opposite. There is a huge park nearby.

I would have rated my stay a 10, but for my morning check out experience. The female staff worker on duty, March 6, around 6am was sour and rude. I had 1 quick question to ask before leaving to walk across to the Sanchong Station to head to the airport. I swear, as I approached the hotel's reception counter to ask my question, she suddenly picked up the phone and started talking. It appeared to be a fake call just to avoid engagement. As I stood and waited, she completely ignored me. So I just left with that last impression.

Rooms are larger, modern, and clean. I really like the hotels choice of smooth high thread count cotton sheets.

Very good all round tourist Hotel ,convenient to Train Station and Taxi are close by. All you need in travelling spacious and with a washer was great frendily staff we found the service of rooms where very good .

Clean. Great staff. Close to the train station and bus stop. We were lucky they had the Lantern Festival night market at the park across the hotel when we stayed there. Would stay there again.

Everything... super clean hotel and rooms...fairly new/modern building. Great front staff and perfect ease of access for a short stay with the Sanchong commuter station right across from the property.

- Location: conveniently situated at a MRT station orange line leading to city center fast, the station is also a stop of the airport commuter train which makes it perfect before a flight. There are also many buses - comfortable: the room was new and spacious, the bathroom is amazing - value for money

No cutlery in the kitchen, no microwave. I couldn’t even peel and cut an apple I bought from shops below Despite there being a floor dedicated to spa, it wasn’t open yet. We were very excited to hear that there may be a steam/sauna/pool of some sort in future The drainage of the showers appear to be a common problem for high rises… the hotel really needs to do something about it Cleaner was but a bit of hit and miss… not attentive to detail, forgets to put towels and bath mats on our first checkin and then doesn’t replace the bath mat or enough towels… Can be annoying for those who are light sleepers as it is right next to train line, but we didn’t mind as we were so tired every night

It would have been nice if there was an actual spa there. The restaurant next to the hotel was also expensive. Not many food options around.

Excellent location, near Sanchong Station so it was very convenient for us to move around the city. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and spacious, and all amenities were great.

The location is awesome, it’s right next to the MRT stations that go to downtown and the airport.

It is located along main road, traffic noise is not so good during night. Bath towel was not replaced to new one for the next day.

Hotel is located so close to railway station and supermarket. Room is enough space and comfortable. Cost performance was quite high.
