There were a few strange people hanging around the streets nearby everyday.

Location being near a big train station made it very accessible to everywhere. Clean secure building and free refills water station on each level was great for the hot summer.

The hotel doesn’t have laundry facilities I have to walk 15mins to a laundry shop to wash my clothes but there is a good cafe right next to the laundry shop.

Very close to the subway train station and the hotel is so clean and quiet. There is a grocery store at next street which is convenient.

The room is very clean, bright and spacious. The location is exceptional, especially for visitors who are travelling to both Taoyuan and Taipei. Sanchong metro station is just opposite the hotel.

I saw quite a lot comment mentioned the breakfast not worth it, so I didn’t order. But, there aren’t many restaurants next to this hotel. Something wrong with the water closet… it kept automagically flushing (not in the right time…) when u get close to it. And, toilet seat just kept automatically moving up and down. I finally found a button to turn it off but couldn’t help with the flushing… I stayed there 4 night. There was road work in the last night. I could easy hear the noise. Other nights were fine.

Staff were nice. New building, modern style. Sufficient bathroom spacing. Convenient, close to MRT. Next to a very big park, which my mum loves it.

There is no shampoo holder in the bath room, and the normal room design is inhuman. The toilet and bed is almost same space but with a glass between only, yeah, meaning, you can smell shxt lol! But if you are living in the suite room for 3 people, it’s totally different experience.

There is no laundry available if you didn’t pay for the suite room. The suite room is really nice but kinda expensive.

There is no common place for guests to sit and hang out with friends to eat or drink. It would be nice to have that.

The 24 hours customer service. The staff especially Mr.Kai was very kind and helpful. Like the robot too. I like the room setting and the security to different floors.

The 3 pm check-in time was kind of late for our 6 am arrival time in Taiwan, but we could leave our luggage at the hotel and come back later.

I like the location of the hotel very much. MRT, bus stops, and U-bike are all nearby, and the MRT station also connects with the Taoyuan Airport MRT, making it even more convenient to travel around town. PXmart and 7-Eleven are nearby and there are also places to eat near the hotel. Lastly, the New Taipei City Metropolitan Park is also across the street.

Check-in process with self-service kiosk was a bit of an impersonal welcome.

Modern, spacious and clean room. I especially appreciated the separate shower which many of my accommodations in Taiwan lacked. Location was pretty good, a short ride with the MRT into the centre of Taipei but out of the way enough where it felt more peaceful. To use the elevator you need to swipe your room card so this is an extra layer of security for guests.

Breakfast not worth it - eat out. Staff spoke limited English, but had a translation app handy. Hated the bright emergency exit sign above the room door - yes, safety is important, but the sign is so bright it rendered the blackout curtains superfluous.

Good location right next to Sanchong station. New furnishings, clean and well maintained. Quiet and soundproofed despite the noisy street.

No coin laundry, had to do outside the hotel. The breakfast, extremely basic, definitely not worth paying extra for. Go after 11am when the restaurant itself opens. The green glow from the stairs light in the room near the door. At night it lights up the room! Nothing you can do about it, too high to reach. The little balcony really dusty and gritty, needs washing off more often. Only minor problems though, we really did love the hotel and would stay again.

Very modern and stylish, really nice rooms! Train station over the road, super convenient for airport or Taipei main station - which was just one stop. Nice amenities in the room. The very large park in front of the hotel good for walking around. Cafe outside downstairs did excellent salads and meals, good coffee and nice atmosphere. Just not the breakfast though. Family Mart shop about a 2 minute walk. Large supermarket 2 minute walk also.

Lighting could be a bit better, lights are all a bit dim. LAN - sockets did not work/ were full of dust, but WLAN was sufficient for video calls.

This Hotel is located perfectly if you're coming/ leaving via Taoyuan International Airport and want to experience (New) Taipei City. Direct connection to/from Airport and main train station via "Sanchong" Metro station and a great park. Rooms are spacious, clean, quiet and very large for Taipei. Staff is friendly and speaks very good english. Sanhe Night Market (New Taipei), an authentic, non touristic night market is only two metro stops away, here you get what the residents eat and buy.
