Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

ItalyBreakfast is tasty, but not great variety and the freshly baked goods aren't that fresh. I wouldn't say it's bad, but could be EVEN better. Going back to Taipei, I would consider staying at this hotel but I'd skip breakfast.
The hotel is brand new and has overall a nice fresh style. Rooms have all the little comfort you need, shower has very good water pressure and water temperature is perfect. Toilet is also a modern Washlet, Jap style. The room was bright and had very comfortable beds, perfect for a good night sleep. On top of that you really have little cozy items such was a hairdryer, a coffee machine, a kettle etc. Location is also absolutely fantastic, as you're pretty much close to everything and multiple metro lines.

FranceThe building is new but you can already tell the construction is not great. Walls are paper thin so noise from neighboring rooms was quite high. Construction in front of the building started early, even during week end.
Good location for this hotel, clean rooms and comfortable bed.

CanadaIt had the strangest bathroom which was very annoying. They had taken the shower space and divided it into the toilet area and a shower. The space in the toilet was too small to close the door when sitting down so no privacy. Also, I partially picked the hotel because they had self serve laundry. But there was no detergent available, even to purchase from the front desk. I had to go down the street to a laundry place and get detergent from them.
It was a modern hotel near the Chiang Kai Chek memorial. Lots of restaurants nearby. Not too far from transit.

SwedenVery few shelves, nowhere to hang towels, no door to the toilet. If you travel with family may be ok but not for 2 people who hardly know each other

United StatesI stayed at a bigger room on the fifth floor but the vanity was way too small. Notifications of power outage and water shortage during my stay. Although it didn’t happen but It surprised me from staying at a hotel.

ChinaThe soundproofing needs improvement. I can hear other's voice, if loud. And there is a place currently under construction in front of the building.
The location is great. You have easy access to many landmarks and places must to see in Taipei. The staff were friendly as well.

United StatesWe did not like not having a view on the third floor and we did not like the small bathroom on the third floor.
We loved this hotel. It's clean, modern, and not too far from Main Station. The staff were all wonderful but Wen (Sowen) is the absolute best. She helped us setup our Youbike and made us feel welcomed and happy. We actually stayed here twice. The first time we had a room on the 9th floor which was fantastic and stayed for 3 nights. The second time we had a smaller room on the third floor and stayed for one night. I think we would have been disappointed if we stayed on the third floor for multiple nights because there was no view. The higher you are the better the view and it made a big difference for us. Also, if you're traveling with another person be careful which bathroom you get. Some of the bathrooms only have a curtain instead of a door so privacy is minimal. If you're traveling alone this shouldn't' matter too much. The breakfast buffet is delicious and fairly priced.

UkraineThe breakfast was a bit too boring if you are for a long stay with no variety. You have a super big smart TV, but no Netflix or any other global platforms, kinda sad.

United StatesThe bathroom design was a bit poor. I could not comfortably use the toilet because the door was so close to the edge of the toilet. I would have left the door open, but it would have given me no privacy. This is not an issue if you’re traveling alone. For reference, I’m 188cm tall (6’2”) but my friend had trouble too and he’s shorter than I am.
The hotel was clean and had a great location. Staff were very kind.

United KingdomNoise transcends across rooms so can get a bit noisy.
New and clean, also a pleasure to have a washer, dryer and microwave on one floor. The location was good to go about many places, with a you-bike parked near by and a bus stop not too far from the hotel.
