The room was very calming. The bathtub was large and couldn’t help but bathe everyday. The room was spacious and spotless. We enjoyed every bit of our stay. The entire smelled so good.

Excellent hotel - friendly and efficient check-in / check-out experience. There is a Starbucks onsite with good coffee and breakfast options. Very clean, fantastic bathroom and bathtub. Easy walking to many sites, including the Chiang Kai-shek memorial. Will stay again on our next trip.

The vibe, the decoration of the room. I could check in early and did not even had to asked the staff: they offered it straight away. The spa facility in the building was great. If I return to Taipei I will stay there 100%

Extremely new, chic and clean hotel with amazing rooms! There were so many modern amenities and we felt very comfortable. We especially liked the comfy beds, large TV and the bathtub with a great view. The staff was very friendly and the location was good (right next to MRT). Would definitely recommend!

For the price I expected really comfortable beds, pillows and bedding but it was disappointing. The pillows were thin, and the beds hard.

It was close to the station and bus stop. There were eateries close by, including a maccas which we thought we didn’t need to go to but did because it was lunar new year and everything else was closed. There was also a family mart nearby.

For those that are more accustomed to Western style breakfasts, you might be disappointed with morning breakfast variety and options.

Close proximity to the MRT rail (2 minute walk to Shandao Temple metro). Exceptional friendliness of staff. Room accommodations/bed very comfortable.

The room is clean and comfortable. The toilet well designed. The hotel provides free laundry for guests. Guests can monitor the washer and dryer in room. The location just next to MRT station, the station is one stop away from the Taipei main station. The hotel lobby have a Starbucks too!

Lovely rooms , modern yet spacious! Very much liked that they practice sustainability with no single use plastics ! The Starbucks attached to the hotel served great coffee and fresh croissants!

The only down side are the hallways leading to the rooms, they’re humid and smell of mould.

Absolutely wonderful. The hotel welcomes you with this particular scent, cosy atmosphere, stunning decor, and friendly staff.

We stayed here two times during our trip in Taiwan each time 3 nights. The first room we had smelled a little bit funny. They gave us an air purifier which helped. We wondered if a family stayed previously and perhaps a child had a potty accident. Second room was better.

Staff were all super kind and helpful. We really appreciate the great customer service we received. Location is great. Rooms are very nice.

The staff gave us a wrong bag tag so it took times when we came to bring our luggages.

The location is nice, peaceful and safe. There is one supermarket next door and many convenience stores around the hotel. The bed is sooooo comfy.

No restaurant but there is a Starbucks on the ground level. Hard to find better quality restaurants nearby but there is a Sheraton just around the corner.

New hotel with well designed rooms and quality fittings. Excellent free washing facilties which track the progress of the machines back to the TV screen in your room to indicate when finished. Located close to subway system and Taipei Main Railway station.
